It took nearly 20 mins to find the wedding dress. The second incident took nearly a month to find the matching pants to my husband's suit. They had been sent home with someone else's order. Not only did the pants get sent home with the wrong customer... the cleaners didn't want to accept responsibility for their mistake. I was literally told 'It cant be my fault. There's just a lot going on right now.' They still went to the work to do it, but when I specifically bring something in for a stain, if you can't get it out at a bare minimum, you should let me know that you weren't able to get it out.
