However, the past two times I've left some considerably pricey pieces of clothing in their care. The first was a wedding dress that I needed cleaned --- not even heirloomed! The second time was 12 pieces of formal wear. Both times upon pick-up they couldn't find a piece of my order. The main problem with that is that the clothing never leaves their location! It took nearly 20 mins to find the wedding dress. The second incident took nearly a month to find the matching pants to my husband's suit. They had been sent home with someone else's order. Not only did the pants get sent home with the wrong customer... the cleaners didn't want to accept responsibility for their mistake. I was literally told 'It cant be my fault. There's just a lot going on right now.' Thank God for the customer who brought them back or the employee who actually took the time to look for them when my husband told them they'd need to replace the suit if the pants weren't found! Mistakes happen... it's best to own up to them!

I started my clothes at 8:52pm. I waited promptly for my close to finish because I saw that the closing time was 10pm and I wanted to make sure I was out before closing. My clothes finished washing 21 mins after start time around 9:13pm. Unfortunately, my clothes didn't get fully dry until 9:55pm so I bagged everything up without folding of course and as I was leaving around 10:05pm, I turned around to thank the laundry clerk guy because he was standing next to me impatiently waiting for me to finish. He didn't say anything at all. I know he heard me because we were the only two people there and he was standing close enough for me to reach out and touch him without moving. He then proceeding to clean the dryer that I had just used and as I was bringing the basket back to the door, he meets me and says, " next time try to leave here before 10pm". As if I can control the time it takes to dry my clothes. However, I didn't make matters any worse, I just said "okay and you don't have to worry about that because I won't be returning". I really didn't mean to take that long but again, I was not in control of the amount of time it took to dry my clothes. Some of my stuff was still not dry but I left anyway. I work late and I needed clean work clothes. If you give someone an hour to wash and dry clothes, then you kind of run the risk of not leaving at 10pm.

It's very neat and clean and the workers that are here seem very friendly and welcoming. They offer drop off service and the last load drop is at 7:30 pm. While in the morning time it isn't very busy you still may have a few issues getting to a washer as the attendants are also doing their dropped off loads as well. It's not a big place so space is limited. The older washers take approximately 30-40 minutes while the newer ones, depending on which options you select, are set at a minimum 20 minutes. So far the laundry trip wasn't too bad and I wouldn't mind coming here more often. I'm sure the best idea is to get here right at 7 when they open that way you won't have to watch or wrestle with availability and you'd get out way sooner.
