I've been getting both of my houses treated by Bryant for years. He recently switched over to all natural products and after a few months, I can say I do not notice a difference. Which means his plant based products work just as well, if not better than the harsh chemicals others use. He is always on time and I do not have to deal with any pests. Had an issue with wasps in our backyard in overgrown Queens Wreath. Bryant came out the same day and was able to survey the side yard. Upon putting on the suit, he checked and sprayed the area. Based on the overgrowth, he recommended cutting back the Queens Wreath to find all of the possible nests. He quickly used our hedge trimmer to cut it all back and take care of the wasps. Overall he found and eradicated 6-7 nests and took care of our problem. He was quick to act, communication was great, and provided incredible service and extremely fair pricing. I just realized I never left a review here for Brian and his company. We met Brian going on five years now. We owned our home for 17 years and the two most difficult services to maintain were landscaping and pest control. I'm a champion for local, small businesses so we tried San-Rio. Conversation was great, he explained everything, and he went about his day. Fast forward, almost five years, and our third since and forever home and Brian is still there. He has performed termite in both the traditional sense and when we performed and full rebuild. Spot treating areas which were disturbed was imperative in our area. We were concerned about scorpions. I called San-Rio and they were able to get a tech out really quickly. The tech was friendly and really knowledgeable. Bryant came out for a scorpion problem , after going over the problem areas he went to work , he also found a couple of ant mounds in my yard (something the other company's always miss) since he sprayed my house and treated the ant hills I haven't seen any pest activity.
