When I called on Monday all I wanted was for PK the owner to be honest that this wasn't what was ordered and agreed upon. Went to his shop 2 to 3 times, sent pictures, and then he sends all 10 arrangements with wrong flowers. Then gave me dead flowers for cake, and asked him to bring over fresh flowers for cake and he didn't. He's not an honest person. For 1300 I think he switched to a cheaper flower to put in the arrangements. If you are having a wedding, and/or something special, don't rely on PK and his place. It is clear he doesn't care about his customers because then he tried to tell me he only charged me $750! No it's on my AMEX - 1300 because we agree to $100 per x 10 = 1K! So what really upset me and why I am doing this is because he isn't honest at all, and doesn't care about his customers. Gave them plenty of time - tipped everyone and still this guy lied. So I hope the $1300 was worth it because you did a bait and switch on me. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. Didn't even ask for money back and still, he could not be honest. I am not blind these are not the same colors PK. Good luck in your business.

I noticed there weren't any Yelp reviews so I did more digging and found some reviews on them on the Wedding Wire site with near perfect 5 star reviews. Her wedding flowers were showcased on her website as well as on her Facebook page. I really liked her style. I emailed her and got a response right away. This was around the summer season so she was really busy. I let her know I was having a smallish wedding and described my color theme, coral and navy. I only needed a few key pieces to brighten up the outdoor space, some big arch flowers, a few boutonnieres and corsages, as well as my wedding bouquet. I didn't have a wedding party since it was so last minute so that was it. She sent me a quote for a very reasonable rate. I was a bit nervous about the flowers because I have not previewed what they would look like or what kinds of flowers she would use. I just sent her my payment and hoped for the best. Fast forward to the wedding day. I had the flowers delivered to the venue in the Seattle Laurelhurst neighborhood. My wedding planner said they arrived on time and were in perfect condition. When I arrived and first saw them I was really impressed. The flowers were simply gorgeous and so me! I wish I had ordered more flowers! The colors and flowers she selected were bright and refreshing and my bouquet was the perfect size; not too big or small. I have never met Kristen before and we've mainly communicated through email which was super simple. She is easy to work with and didn't cause any unnecessary stress. I will post some pics of her work. I am truly thankful that my boss referred me to her and would not hesitate to use her services again for other events or refer her to my friends.

Because I had placed the order I then drove to the other shop. Upon arrival the coursage was poor quality (the roses were very small) and it was not the colors I had ordered. I immediatlely called Bear Creek and within an hour the wonderful gals at Bear Creek had make the most beautiful coursage.
