It got to the point that my two friends and I had to help them just to move the process along. Upon arriving in Nasville I found that 6 pieces furniture incurred damages, which totaled over $6,000 in damages. By the time they were wrapping things up it was 10:30pm (they started at 8:30am). The owner Josh went to his truck for once last sweep, and I waited and waited for him to come back to wrap things up and give me his insurance information. I finally called him, and he had dashed the seen! He rudely left, leaving my keys in the door, without giving me his insurance information. I have reached out to Josh a number of times to get this resolved with no response. I had also hired them for junk removal, and I later discovered that they had left my headboard at my old apartment complex. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

First the driver tried to blame me for moving the pod after he had fled the scene (assuming he was drunk or high) Then after I call the local pods store, they have drug out the process of paying me back for the $17,000 in damage that was done to the property and now refusing to pay claiming that I did not follow their procedure. Frankly, they didn't follow my procedure of not backing into my house. This is an extremely unprofessional and unaccountable organization and that is something I wouldn't recommend anyone pay money to be involved with.

They damaged quite a few things, lost the top to my outdoor table, and lost the top of my antique bird bath. They claimed they had to repack the truck and charged me for extra hours to do so. They did offer a credit the first time I called, but as we finished unpacking and did not find my missing items they offered no compensation. They "claimed" the repacking was done under supervision. If so where is the top of my table, did you leave it in the lot? Does not matter I am still missing things. We found containers opened that we had taped shut, and small boxes missing.
