I've been seeing Dr. Karo for about 6 years now, normally on a bi-weekly cadence. His adjustments have helped my body's recovery and overall well being for quite a while. I used to put a lot of stress on my body through intense physical activity and seeing him regularly helped a lot. However, the most important thing Dr. Karo has helped with is my migraines. My husband, my 2 children and I have been seeing Dr. Karo for more than a year now. The first visit started with me. I hurt my hip flexor from one of the Crossfit exercise. I've never visited any chiropractor before. On another hand, I don't want to see a doctor whom most likely will prescribe painkiller. I'm 32 years old and for most of my life, I was suspect of chiropractors. The handful of times I had consultations, it felt like a sweatshop or a used car salesperson experience.
