He was on time and provided a quote based off of our final selection. Two guest bedrooms and the master were to be converted from carpet to laminate wood flooring at our house in Princeton, TX. This was a huge job and bound to have some mishaps. It has almost been 2 years since we had them out and they took care of most everything that went wrong (undone tile work, leak from counter install that was left from upstairs and leaked into kitten, all touch-ups) The carpet is what I want to complain the most about. 5 months after install the carpet started bubbling up in a hallway. I emailed and left a message with Tom, the manager in the wearhouse. No return email or call. I waited and then emailed again and he still has not returned my email or tried to reach out. The carpet was not installed correctly. Now our beautiful home has bubbles all over and looks cheap. The carpet was very expensive! If you use Style Floors - DO NOT USE THEM FOR MORE THAN ONE JOB. They simply can not handle large jobs. A small bathroom that you can oversee closely is probably the only thing I would ever let them do again. I expected them to come out and repair this carpet issue, esp since it had been less than 6 months when it started bubbling. Now spots are coming up everywhere. DO NOT USE FOR CARPET,
