After a very bad misfortune with another not so honest landlord, I found Jen and Furnished Homes To Go. I was able to move in between night shifts. The place is fully furnished and fully accommodating with everything from couches to sheets to every mixer you could need. It is easy to feel at home in this apartment. The complex has everything I could need, both outdoor and indoor pools, a fitness room, close location to I-70, many hospitals, and the Cherry Creek shopping district (very cute!) Jen is easy to get ahold of and has been very accommodating with anything I've needed or questions I've had. I highly recommend Furnished Homes To Go, Jen is a great landlord and, especially for other traveling nurses etc, this house is the PERFECT answer to all those problems that short term living poses.

Don't pay for a premium service with inferior results…read more I gave this company too many chances. After numerous guest complaints of a lack of cleanliness, I finally said enough. They promise hotel quality linens that are laundered off site, re-staging the property according to airbnb photos, and top notch service. I have complained to the manager on numerous occasions and nothing changes. There is zero quality control and I would expect that they never inspect their employees cleaning service...and if they are inspecting, that is worse. A few examples of times that I have personally checked the home: trash left in can, trash left outside the back door, coffee grounds on the kitchen floor, nothing has EVER been staged back to photos upon my inspection, dining chair left outside in the rain, soiled linens, I have never seen them put out our mini toiletries for guests as promised, filthy tub with soap scum and hair, back door unlocked, cleaners still in the home when guests arrived at 4pm, rugs not vacuumed, and I could go on and on. Their lack of caring and detail is appalling. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had a cleaner leave the doors to the apartment unlocked when she left, comforters were not changed, dirty linens were left out for the next guest to view, and my cleaning instructions were disregarded. I had to inspect each property and fix their mistakes. I reached out to customer service to work on the issues but they were unresponsive. A scheduled call with customer service was disregarded. I stated that is they they didn't call me to discuss the issues, I would cancel my service. Guest Prep opted to stop servicing my properties rather than address the issues. I'm fortunate that I had been interviewing other cleaners to replace them. I think they are overwhelmed and are dealing with excessive turnover hence the decrease in quality and lack of communication from management.

Neither of us "dress up" much and we live in an apartment because well, because we do. I think based on another person's review that profiling may be in play here. We were told that 2 people called in sick so we would have to reschedule our appointment and were given a gift card for our time. We have not returned and honestly, I'm not sure we will now since it seems like there are more rings than a hula hoop contest to jump through just to get the "free" vacation. If this is true, I'm not interested. I've been booking our annual vacation through online sites for years and we have been able to rent a car, get hotel stays and drive (we prefer driving) to our destinations (major cities usually,) eat and do tourist traps for 7-10 days for $1500-2000, including the I heart t-shirts. If we do go back and things improve, so will my review.

They do get irritated if you go and don't buy their product (but they are not blatantly disrespectful, just subtle) e.g. they might say something like "I understand if you don't make enough money to do this" haha. 4. They did give us what was promised.... did not know that every date we wanted was a blackout date. So we can't use it. 5. So...... to get their best membership cost $18,000 ish apparently....... but if I bought it right at that moment would cost just under 6k...... but if you walk out the door the offer is gone. 6. There is an annual fee along with this large cash amount up front. My Assumptions: 1. This is an over priced Expedia... especially since Expedia is free. 2. I'm wondering if this is some sort of pyramid scheme.... I'm not sure tho. 3. They will more than likely respond to this review and say that I was never a customer. Lol. 4. I assume when you give your address to sign up for the brief...they look up where you live on Zillow. So they prolly know before you walk in about how much you make. Don't get pushed around.... know what your walking into. Luckily I was smarter than the person selling me this product and was able to survive the hour and a half conversation without spending a dime.

The condo was clean and well stocked (friends stayed in another building with a different vendor and they did not have nearly the items we had). I rent my home at Topsail Beach NC so I understand the importance of a well stocked home. Working with The Lark Mountain Group was easy. They provided very specific instructions and I knew exactly what I needed to do and when. I had no issues so I did not have to reach out. I would book with Lark Mountain Group again.

A little backstory: On May 27, 2024, I made a reservation through Airbnb to stay at Lisa's condo in February 2025. The cancellation policy required a 50% fee should the reservation be canceled at least 30 days before arrival. I paid in full when I made the reservation. Three days after the I made the reservation, I had to cancel it due to some unforeseen circumstance. I contacted Lisa and explained my situation. She could have easily stuck with the cancellation policy and charged me 50% of the total. However, she agreed to waive the fee and did so promptly. Lisa was generous and I wanted to give a shout out to her. Thank you so much, Lisa.

He's amazingly hardworking, and very quick to respond, and always on the ball. And when I say responsive and quick to move, we saw maybe 10+ houses a week for a little over a month before eventually closing. A lot of those were scheduled within a day or two of seeing the house being listed as well. Apart from the standard realtor stuff, he dug into all the details of the house, following up on any old structural reports, as well as getting a structural engineer friend to help give a cursory look into possible foundation issues. Taylor was also very knowledgeable about general house maintenance and what to look out for, such as uneven flooring as a possible indicator in the ground shifting. He is responsive and helpful even after making the sale, helping get references for any work that needs to be done both pre-offer and post-closing. In fact, we're pretty certain the lender he recommended was crucial in winning the offers we made, since Zenith even calls the seller to reassure them of a fast close, as well as lay out the closing details to make the offer even stronger. Of the 4 offers we made, 2 were accepted. One ended up having foundational issues which Taylor helped us navigate. Never did he pressure us to push through on the bad house, and all the comps he pulls are good and reasonable, and we were confident with each offer we made. I can heartily recommend Taylor to anyone looking for a house in today's current market, especially as a first time homeowner. He gives a very informative, no pressure counsel and definitely looks out for his clients instead of focusing on making a sale.

Initially we thought a Disney Resort would be great to get the full experience but Kathy recommended a property that was still on Disney property but not a Disney resort. She couldn't have picked a better place for us to relax as adults but still be close to everything Disney! We stayed at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek! Kathy gave us an amazing rate and the resort was beautiful! She then helped from the beginning to end with how to plan for our Disney portions of the trip, from helping with the Disney Experience app, which I have to tell you is a LIFESAVER when it comes to being at the parks each day, as well as assisting with the process of receiving our tickets and starting all of our plans. Kathy also sent me an entire folder with all the information I needed regarding our flights, reservations, and park tickets. Kathy was always on top of it and consistently checked in and answered any questions I had! I couldn't be happier working with Kathy!
