Buyer beware! I sent this to management and never received a response. Mark, You did a wonderful job on the design but I don't think I can recommend Platinum Pools. We are still waiting for the pergola to be finished and we started this project in January. There's been one mistake or problem after another regarding the pergola. At first, they did not build the pergola according to the plans submitted to the city or the video. Jared was very rude when I told him about the discrepancy which caused me to hire an attorney to get it resolved. After the letter was sent by my attorney, the crew came back to add more wood to make it look like the plans. However, when they built the pergola they only put a 1/2 inch slope to drain over 20 ft which caused water to pond when it rained. The water came gushing through when it was raining because it wasn't built with the appropriate slope ( I sent a video to Wanda). That wasn't the only issue with the pergola. Also, they built the pergola draining towards the pool instead of the backyard. The top of the pergola had to be completely redone to add a greater slope and they changed the drainage from the pool to the backyard. Jared never came to the project while they were building it, so he never gave Justin any guidance. Justin didn't know it couldn't be built to slope/drain towards the pool and called it a "learning experience." For the amount of money we are paying Platinum, I don't want our pergola to be a learning experience for anyone. The crew was very unprofessional that built the pergola. They were chain smoking the entire time and damaged one of my chairs. We are still waiting for the electrical and stucco to be done and we started this in May. There's a huge lack of communication when someone is off the job. When Jared was let go, we weren't notified until we reached out again after 3 weeks of silence and the same thing happened when Mike was in the hospital. Someone in the office should have sent an email notifying us of their absence. Please forward this email to the owner. We are very frustrated at the process and performance of the contractors. We would like a discount for all of the mistakes that were done while building the pergola. It should have been built right the first time. Buyers beware! Disappointing. If you are looking for clear communication about your pool after purchase this would not be the best choice. It started out great and has went downhill week by week. Almost done with the process but would not recommend. Stressful and always something new coming up. Never received clear steps on what to expect next. So the so called quality they promised is a joke. I definitely do not recommend them. Yesterday they showed up unannounced to replaster my pool due to foot prints in the original plaster. I chose platinum pools in 2017 for the variety of pools they showed on their website and then the initial consultation with Clay Givens. The design was exactly what I had envisioned and they stated 46 days to build, and it was built in 46 days. Does that get any better in construction? Since then, the face of the company for me has been Shelley Wehberg. I have had what I would call "normal service issues", nothing huge, but Shelley has always attended to these issues as a priority. I own business' and have been in business for many years and the most important quality to customer service is being genuine, pleasant, and getting the job done. This is the second pool we have built in the last five years and we made a significant mistake giving our business to Platinum instead of sticking with the company who built the pool at our last house. While I could write quite a bit about our terrible experience with Platinum (from our salesperson, to the GM, to the two different "project managers") I will do my best to be brief by merely saying this company has some of the least responsive, poorest communication skills I have ever experienced and does absolutely nothing to address problems and concerns generated by their actions and inactions. Our pool took nearly six months to complete and was a simple, small design with pavers. They actually scheduled "pool school" without realizing the pool wasn't even finished (nobody had installed the water bowls and we had to tell them that wasn't done). They created thousands of dollars worth of damage to our sprinkler system and landscaping and everyone, up to the owner, basically said "read your contract, that's your responsibility." At this price point, you expect solid communication and at least professional planning and responses to issues, but Platinum provided neither. There are so many options with pool builders, and we had a great experience a few years ago, but we went with Platinum this time to save a few dollars. However, once the Platinum sales pitch is over, so is the service. Our family was faced with nearly half a year of stress dealing with this company on a weekly basis and we highly suggest you look at other options so you don't experience what we went through. Finally, I will say that the only two bright spots (towards the end) occurred when Dalinda and Lynsie stepped in to try and clean up the mess created by our sales guy, two project managers and a completely unresponsive GM and Construction Manager. Unfortunately, those two ladies couldn't make up for what was the worst service and communication our family has ever experienced with a construction project. read more

Like so many reviewers there were multiple problems after problems. Still dealing with persistent value and quality issues. Discovering new problems all the time while still dealing with old ones. Multiple managers and an always changing staff do not help the process. There is poor communication, if any, and there is not much understanding of what needs to be done during installation. Much expertise and time falls on the customer. So many untruths about functionality and performance. So much of your money and time exploited. So many unnecessary events and problems. Probably a business tactic to wear down the customer and not take responsibility for installation and quality control issues. So fewer customers in the future... read more

Everything was perfect until we signed the the contract. They did a good offer for a the outdoor kitchen + pool. 1 week after the contract signature we learnt that the contractor for the outdoor kitchen would not be able to do the project without increasing the price in 10k. After several discussion, we accepted, and signed the contract in August. We paid USD200 of rush fee for our HOA. We had the project approved in 2 days. We thought we would be good to start the construction. Nonetheless, they said they forgot to submit the City permit approval request. We lost 2 weeks more. After we got the City permit, they said they had to go thru internal audit process (why take so long to start it?????). We are on November now and they have not even started to digging my backyard. Trying to get the contract cancelled (even though i have already spent money with the HOA) and get my initial deposit back. Do not recommend this company. Not professional at all. read more

Company was expensive, had pushy sales guy who focused on selling high end options even though we told him we were more interested in building a pool in the mid-price range. Overall I had a positive experience with Platinum Pools. My salesman Mark was not only knowledgeable but very accommodating, polite and attentive. I was able to contact Mark whenever I needed to talk about the project or just to ask him about color and tile selections- definitely bs positive experience with him. The build process was done expeditiously considering the weather on Houston. My construction manager was informative about the process. Overall I would hire Platinum again if I build another pool. read more

Absolutely do not use this company! 3 Years ago I built a pool with Platinum. There were 3 separate supervisors assigned to my pool, multiple mistakes that were done, redone, and then redone again. I ultimately contacted Scott, the owner, who came out and attempted to resolve issues and even credited some of my last payment for the ridiculousness of the mistakes. After pool was done, I figured we would be good. Wrong again. Service/repairs were every few weeks, company was slow to respond, and no one ever available for help on weekend when things always tend to not work correctly. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. read more

If I could rate lower I would. Our pool started falling apart less than 3 years after installation. After many attempts and communications with their employees including several rude interactions with the owner Scott, I was sadden to learn this company would not offer any assistance and only hid behind their one year warranty policy. After 5 years, my pool literally started breaking in half. With such a major investment, you deserve a company that has integrity, uses quality materials and stands behind their product. I was very hesitant to get a pool constructed being that it is a huge expense and dealing with such a prominent contractor and all its moving parts is intimidating. After several talks with their sales person (Mark Wymer), I was convinced that I would be taken care of... well I was wrong. After several vague promises on the specifics of the work.. schedule and grass replacement to name a few, I asked all these be put in writing. After the work began, I had to start chasing their operations team regularly as I never received the proper updates and could not stick to a schedule. Make sure they are clear on the plan with you... for platinum pools "start to completion" means "start of the dig to plaster" which means your pool is in no way, shape, or form completed. The work began in April of this year, and I am currently dealing with a pool that has equipment that has not been working for over a month and still no fix. Continous scheduled delays to have other customers ahead of me taken care of as I was told. Bad communication of activities and schedules unless I took the time to reach out to their construction manager (Hector Flores- not a good comunicatior). I could go over a week with out any information. Then towards the end of the project. Our contract stated, "platinum pools will replace all damaged grass by the construction of the pool," but they only replaced 2/3 of it and reported to me by their operations manager (Wanda Terrell) that they had only budgeted for that much grass and that all they would do. I finally got my pool completed, I had to jump through hoops, micro-manage the project, and I am still left with equipment, under warranty, that does not work and has not been replaced. Note that I help the last payment as collateral to assure I could get as much as I could from what was promised in the contract. Now I am left with a sour taste in my mouth from this experience and recommend you do not use Platinum Pools. I cannot tell you where to go, but from my knowledge, I can tell you not to go to Platinum for your $70K project. read more

Horrible customer service! They built my pool several years ago. I have a pool leak and they refuse to do anything about it.

Contracted with Platinum Pools to build a pool in our backyard. We endured one of the most unprofessional experiences of any meaningful business transaction we have had in our 40 years of adult life. Salespeople are lazy or unskilled in properly estimating the job up front resulting in many "addendums" with significant additional costs (not properly measuring the decking sq footage, estimating 2 ft of rebar when 40 was needed! and their "miscalculations are the consumers responsibility"). Calling the office is like calling a yellow cab dispatch unit, management refuses to speak with customers rather passing the messages to underlings who are not helpful. They Sub out almost all of the work and most of them were good to deal with but Platinum is not a chose you should make when deciding on a pool builder. read more

Platinum built our all-glass tile pool a couple of years ago. They flew special guys in who knew how to properly install the glass tile. Quality of the pool seems to be good, but it has only been finished for a day or two. Dealing with the company is horrible. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Total train wreck of a company as evidenced by seemingly health threatening pool installation. Prepare to be sickened from the experience and ongoing problems. Terrible experience with continuous quality issues and poor responsiveness, absent of common sense and human courtesy. Practically the worst experience you will ever go through...guaranteed. Extremely painful experience, way more than installing a pool should ever be and never seems to end like an explosive diarrhea episode after food poisoning. Incompetence abounds. Possibly incontinence too. Everything must be redone and reworked because it is either poorly constructed or incorrectly installed. The backyard is treated like a dive bar bathroom after too much to drink mixed with a rancid batch of hot wings. Most unprofessional company award. Contracts everything out. Does not oversee the work. The customer must manage the crew if you can figure out when they are coming and what needs to be done. So many inefficiencies and indecencies. Bad stank, rockbottom, rank business practices. Communication is practically absent, absolutely awful. Cheap labor, over promised and overpriced cheap parts. Buyer beware. Really. Takes no responsibility or ownership and dumps the entire project on the owner like a big pile. Project managers are MIA and clueless as are most of the service team. There are not enough character spaces to list every single issue that involved major installation screw ups. Blames the customer. Distorted realities. Delays and deceit. More explosive diarrhea and drama ensues. Damages property. Does not care about the customer, only the final payment. If you like haggling, drama, crisis, heartburn, bathrooms, medication, and an overarching used car salesman mentality go with this company. Worst ever business experience a customer will endure like a rare but dangerous lingering illness. So much for a platinum experience. Much more like lead...poisoning. Please think more than twice before signing with Platinum Pools, especially if your sales person/designed in Mark Wyner. Here are the details. We signed a contract with Platinum on June 16, 2017, for a very small pool of 23x14 ft. Chose them because negative reviews were v few, and the salesman Mark Wyner said he was a Penn Stater (I was dean of engineering at Penn State at the time, as we plan moving to Houston), so I trusted him. Big Mistake. Mark is the main (95%) source of the problems we have had. His primary, secondary and tertiary objective is his commission/profit. Zero interest in the customer. The HVAC platform was built, deemed inadequate by City Inspector, and demolished 3 times. over 3 months to move the compressors a distance of 12 feet. Over 40 broken promises and appointments missed. Mark Wyner miscalculated the decking area, and then tried to justify his error by drawing a plan for the deck with the concrete stopping mid-way in the walkway. They erroneously cut our 6 marvelous palm trees of 14+ ft high, and gave us compensation of $160. We could not buy half the height for this amount. Cost of deck was written in the contract, but Mark screwed up again, and we ended up paying 30% more, or the project stops. The concrete was done twice because of potholes. We gave up, and we now have 3 mild potholes for life. Deck spray was repeated twice, and still large peeled areas exist on the left side. Contract took over 8 months for this very small 10,000 gallons pool. Final item ... filling between the deck and coping. Mark argued that it is not part of the contract! If it was not for Jared Belar, the project manager, who did it himself (very non-expert like) on his own time, we would have either paid another $400-$500 or were left with a dirt-collecting ditch between deck and pool. Others in the company are normal people. Mark Wyner is not. He lies at the intersection of mild incompetence, maliciousness/self-interest, and extreme combativeness. He is constantly looking to pick a fight with customers. The mildest advice I have is .... read the contract very very carefully, do not count on the components shown in the drawing or video that Mark Wyner sends you (he will say, this was like an artist's impression, including having a minor fence around the pool equipment, which we paid for separately), and REFUSE to sign unless you owe them some money at the end. The company makes sure that they owe you, you do not owe them, then they optimize their life sacrificing yours. Having people coming in and out of your house/backyard for over 8 months is totally unreasonable and will make life very tough indeed. Best to either avoid Platinum or avoid Mark Wyner. If you get the best price from them, check, double check and triple check the components, question if they are mechanical or digital, check the area calcs that you get (I spent hours surveying my own backyard because of their exaggerations, and ended up proving that they added at least 25% more area to the deck), and understand that Platinum is a shell company that does nothing but get subcontractors on whom they have no control. Remember, over 40 missed appointments. At times we would get a note saying 'sorry, we will not be able to do the work today', but the irony is, their people did come over and finished the job. They have no control and no knowledge of what is happening. They claimed to us that the delays are because of the hurricane. But building a very simple wood platform for the HVAC units took over 2 months, and 3 'disqualified' notes from the City inspector. Their subcontractors are reasonable professional people. Just that Platinum is an utter mess, and on top of this, there is no accountability, no lines of reporting that you will ever know of to express concern or discuss with someone. You can see the comments from Daniel G. about the same sales person, Mark Wyner. He is to be avoided at all costs. You can also see Rick H.'s comments. It is a phenomenon why this company is still employing Mark Wyner, and why are they still in business. Worst experience of our lives in 20 years in the USA in Illinois, PA and Texas, and 23 years in London, UK. Never seen or dealt with someone are rude, incompetent and unreasonable as Mark Wyner. The others are normal people, with pros and cons. I hear that their after sales service is much better than the building phase. I have not called them yet, but early signs are not bad. read more

A few years ago, I designed and built my pool with Platinum Pools and they immediately wanted me to become a reference for them. I don't associate my name to anything without data or personal experience to support my position. The sales and construction portion were straight forward. The "fine print" on the reverse side of their contract favors them tremendously, the payment schedule is equally squewed in their favor. When you finish paying for the pool - which is BEFORE they finish building it, you are no longer a priority to them - you are a number. Service, especially warranty service was difficult from the onset! Now I know why! If you build with these folks SHAME ON YOU! There are way too many pool companies out there and besides, many of them use the same sub-contractors! There is a finite number of gunite companies in Houston and how hard is it to cut, prime and glue PVC together! Please do your homework! Don't be too impressed by nice salesmen and "wonderful" designs - remember the black & white TV show, "The Beverly Hillbillies," it's a cement pond! Think of Platinum Pools as Mr. Drysdale (the Banker) from the show - he would visit only because his clients had money! He never showed up or called unless he or his bank was going to benefit. Platinum Pools could have had several referrals from me or used me as a reference (if they'd followed through and had good business sense). Instead, they built an average product to my overall design specifications and failed to meet minimum customer follow-up expectations. Because of their poor service, I was motivated to learn things myself. Recently, a LED Pool Lamp stopped working, upon further investigation, the original light had a 150 foot cable - despite the fact the power source is 21 feet away! It seems as if they just had a few laying around and needed to sell them. At least I got what they charged me for! Unfortunately, it was MUCH MORE than what was required and in retrospect was way too expensive and too unproven to purchase. To replace these two lights now will cost between $1,200 - $2,000 in parts alone! If Platinum Pools were to do it - the sky is the limit! Let me preface this by saying that I have talked to people who have had positive experiences with Platinum but ours was far from that. From messy contractors to a 2 month delay in finishing our pool (which by the way isn't completely done), we have gone through the gauntlet with them. This is supposed to be a service company but their "service" is absolutely terrible. I don't know any other industries where a company would still be in business after treating a client this way. Our pool is now up and running but we discover something missing or wrong almost every day. Just last night we saw that the refill tank was full of mud so every time our water level is low, it is pumping in tons of dirt with the water. We are working with a landscaper right now to fix the absolute mess Platinum created of our yard and it is going to be a good chunk of money so be prepared to set aside an extra 10-15k to make your yard not look like a dried up mud pit after the pool is done. They sure are responsive when working on your pool design and quote but once construction starts, get ready for hell. We had to call almost every day to figure out what was happening next and when someone would be there. We had an empty hole in back yard for 3-4 weeks before anything happened. Once the pool was FINALLY done and had water in it, we waited 4 days before someone came out to start the pumps so we had green, stagnant water in our brand new pool to top off this whole painful process. I've always heard that building a new pool is quite the process but I had no idea. I don't have experience with any other swimming pool contractors so I can't say they would be better or worse but you have been warned about this one. read more

Company was hired to demo and remove old pool and build new pool. Construction was OK, although it took longer than represented. However, time and post-construction rains showed that rather than remove the old pool, many parts were buried in our back yard, obviously with the intent we would not find them. That included a 9' plastic pipe with the skimmer assembly still attached, including the skimmer basket. They also buried a big chunk of concrete which was too heavy for me to lift. I had to attack it with a sledgehammer to break it into smaller pieces. I now am going to have to pay someone to haul off the stuff I contracted with the company to remove. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

We contracted last Summer to build a pool and hardscape and could not be more pleased with the results. The price was exactly as quoted, any questions or problems that arose during the process were dealt with and the project was completed in exactly the time frame outlined. We've used it regularly since the day in became swimmable and are thrilled with it. The design and sales process was very professional and the workmen did a very nice job. They did recommend "River of Life" for the landscaping, but when contacted several times the owner never called back and we went with another landscaper with excellent results.(Exterior Worlds and Michael Constantino). read more

I just can not recommend Platinum pools. From the beginning they promised more than they could/would deliver. Make sure you have it in writing that they will repair damage to sod as well as fence/gate. We were told they would repair all damage as a result of the dig. Well in Platinum talk that is just the gate/fence. They destroyed most of the sod in front and back yard. The skid loader ripped all the wires for my sprinkler and cable off the wall of my house. They crushed my French drains in front an back yard. The pool deck was to low so when it rain we had water, grass and sludge drain into our pool. I paid several thousand dollars to repair all the damage. Finally, we had our pool filled and was looking forward to using our hot tub but it wouldn't heat up. They never once mentioned we needed a meter upgrade costing another $350. Everyone at this company was nice and easy to deal with but it was a horrible experience overall and we ended up several thousand dollars over budget. The biggest bright spot for us was Raul the supervisor. He communicated and answered our questions quickly even when we didn't like the answer. read more

Our entire experience after signing the contract was unpleasant. Our sales person told us that he was required by platinum pools to call us every week to check on the project. This was never done. When choosing materials, we chose a coping that had a square edge, when the pool was installed the coping had a rounded edge. When picking color for our pebble finish, we chose a blue color that had green undertones. When the pool was installed the color was not correct. I called and asked about it and was told the color we chose was the color that was installed. I asked what color did we chose? Again, I was told, the color installed was the color you chose. I had to dig up the paper work myself in order to get the name of the color. I again called and asked to speak to someone regarding the color of the pebble, I was told that the color would change once the pool was filled; this was not the case either. I took it upon myself to visit the showroom and once again look at the samples. When I arrived I took it upon myself to borrow the sample we selected and took it home to drop it in my pool and compare. It was not until I took a photo of the sample inside my pool showing the colors next to each other that I was able to get anyone at platinum pools to give me any response other than the color installed is the color you chose. At that point I was told a representative from the manufacturer of the pebble would come out to inspect. He called me after to explain that the color installed is the color that we chose, but that he could see the color difference between what was installed and the sample. He stated that the issue was the fountain in the showroom that was used to keep the samples wet. That there was copper inside that fountain that gave the sample the green undertones we saw when choosing a color and that there would be no way to match the color completely. I explained that this is platinum pools problem not ours. That we chose the color based on a sample that they provided and whether or not the color we chose was the color installed was irrelevant to us. If platinum's samples do not match the actual product that that is their problem and extremely misleading, unprofessional, and negligent. He agreed and stated I should take that up with platinum as it was their fountain, and their samples. After almost four weeks of fighting I finally got platinum to replace the pebble in my pool but I had to fight endlessly and take my own time and effort to prove my case to them. Had I not done so platinum would have continued to tell me that the color we chose was the color installed and left it at that. If I'm paying you substantially to build a pool, we deserve more respect and consideration. Platinum was disrespectful, dishonest, and mean about the entire thing. We had three different supervisors over the course of the project. Never were we informed of a change. We found out each time when the cell phone we called to speak to our supervisor had been handed off to someone else. Each time, the new person was completely unaware of our situation and concerns. There was no knowledge transfer from one supervisor to the other, no notification to us that supervisor were changing, etc. Our final supervisor was a very nice guy, however it was pretty clear he did not know a lot about pools and had not been in the industry long. He did his best, truly, but I do not blame him. If he were inexperienced, he should have been trained by someone. I was never given a full operational overview of my pool. Platinum killed a magnolia tree in my front yard during the construction of the pool. It was explained to us while signing the contract that this could happen, that platinum was not liable, etc. However, the trees roots that were continuously run over by the back hoe could have been easily avoided by taking a slightly less direct route than the straight path they chose. All communication was inefficient and unprofessional. For example when I send an e-mail with 5 questions, each listed separately as bullet points, all five questions should be answered in the response. What occurred was the first response with maybe two questions answered. Then we would respond asking for answers to the remaining three questions, we might get one answer in the second response. Conduct yourselves with some professionalism. If I ask five questions, I expect five answers the first time. Getting straight answers and information from your company should not be like pulling teeth. It should not be my job to make sure your employees are doing their job, to fight with them for the information I deserve as a paying customer. It is your job as a business owner to make sure your employees understand basic correspondence, how to respect your customers, how to address customer concerns without condescension and without being flippant. read more

Like others, my partner and I invested quite a bit of time really shopping around for the best pool company we could find. After looking at each major pool company's, BBB ratings, visiting numerous showrooms and speaking to several sales persons we felt comfortable that Platinum would live up to its name. Boy were we wrong! The entire process of building our rather small 14 by 14 pool was a comedy of errors. We knew we are in trouble when the company began the process by digging the wrong depth of hole in our yard and then had to fill in part of the hole once they realized their error. Throughout the entire process the problems grew to exponential levels. We were constantly told Incorrect times and dates that workers would arrive. I was constantly asked by the ever changing barrage of subcontractors what I wanted as soon as they arrived to work. I think they thought that I knew how to build a pool. If I did, I would not have invested 10s of thousands on Plantinum. One particularly memorable experience was when several workers sent by Platinum were outside working on the pool and although I was inside my house I could clearly here them loudly calling each other gay slurs in Spanish. When I told the company of this outrage they did make the crew call and apologize but the offense had been made and my trust in what they claim to be their "professional" and carefully evaluated and hand chosen subcontractors dissolved. The time it took for the pool to be built was ridiculous, from mid February to early August (6 months). So much for their claim to have pools built quickly. The delay in our case was a matter of drainage on our property. This was not the pool company's fault, but time and time again they flat out told us incorrect information about our drainage options which we only found out when we called the city and talked to the city's head inspector. We had additional delays due to misinformation from Platinum regrading the gate needed to fence of the pool. We had to resolve their miscommunication by again calling the city inspector and getting them to tell us the correct information. Now in all fairness, I must say that the pool they built is attractive and so far works, but nothing, to me, is worth the countless headaches that this drawn out process caused. My advice is buyer beware and get everything, and I mean everything, from Platinum in writing. read more

This is our 3rd pool to have built and this is by far the worst company of them all!!! They designed a pool and then during construction explained why they couldn't complete the pool the exact way it was designed. They tried to bully us into signing some kind of liability waiver in order to complete the pool the way we wanted...had the owner call us and brow beat to get us to sign, saying they weren't going to continue with construction at all until we signed....this was after we had paid them over 80% of the pool. That's just the tip of the ice berg....they left the site with a ton of cig buds and standing water with bugs and smell for over a month. dangerous sharp broken pieces of pipes laid everywhere for 2 months. They were over schedule by 30 days....and never apologized for anything. They knocked over our BBQ grill and damaged it beyond repair. I could go on and on.....but let me just say it was so bad that there will be a sign in our yard telling everyone in the neighborhood not to use them and we will spread the word to everyone we know!!!!!!!!!! I've never left a comment about a company....didn't even have a Yelp account until now, just because it was sooooo bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please please spare yourself and do not use. read more

We hired Platinum Pools to design and construct our custom lap pool and pool decking and we have been very happy with the look and performance of the results. Our primary contact at Platinum, Ian Espada, was sensational at every step of the process. Ian was always ready to educate us on design options, and the pros and cons of different design features. Platinum's design center is well-stocked with the various types of building materials and amenities, which made it much easier for us to hash out the finer points of what we want wanted, and what could fit within our budget. Also, since we have a fairly small yard, it was imperative to design every square inch of the pool and decking down to the smallest details. Ian went back and forth with us over several phases of the design, and was ever-present to insure those details were met by Platinum's crews during the construction phase. After start-up, we have also been satisfied by Platinum's customer service responsiveness, and willingness to ensure that everything is right per the design and service agreement. Again, Ian has responded to our every question and concern, even nearly two years after the job was done. I would definitely recommend Platinum Pools, and would consider doing business with them again in the future. read more
