Needless to say, he did nothing. He claimed something on the truck was frozen so he left. I ended up having to wait on another company which took another hour after I had already waited in the cold for him. I would not recommend them to anyone ever.

Ron called me to let me know that he was 15 minutes away and that he would call me periodically until he arrived to make sure that I was safe. When he got there he told me to get inside of the truck while he loaded my car, because it would be warmer and safer. Long story short he calmed me down and got me home safely.
