Also, in a time like this when you can get a great car that gets in the upper 40s MPG, and also happens to look great, you go for it. Especially with gas prices going through the roof. What I wanted to write about was the exceptional experience I had in my lease arrangement. Nateshia was one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in all my years of leasing, or buying cars. She was relaxed, pleasant, funny, and quite human! Even though I did my homework, she got my trust. And that was maintained throughout the entire process. I did not get rushed into doing this and I came back two days after my visit to seal the deal. They did give me everything I wanted and I even got the exact model and color and trim, because they had such a large stock. It was on lot. Initially, I was worried about getting a car this popular at a time when gas economy was such a major issue, as was sticker shock that so many are going through. But I got an extremely fair deal and can't recommend this dealership enough. While the Sales and Finance managers were great to work with, all credit to Nateshia Wallace, for helping me seal the deal. And making such a comfortable environment to do the transaction in. Westbury Toyota should be very happy to have such a capable and nice person as a representative. I could not recommend Nateshia, or Westbury Toyota, more highly than I do. And I love my Camry Hybrid XLE.

Sometimes it is discouraging to start over with someone you don't know but we got an email from a Meaghan Snyder, Internet sales specialist who got the ball rolling by advising my wife Kelly that her 2017 Sentra lease will be expiring in a few months. 3 years does come upon us quicker than you think so I did respond to her and then received a call from a Joe Mcguire who called us back to follow up, answer some questions for us and set up an appointment to come in over the weekend. We arrived at the dealership on Saturday afternoon 1/4/20 and was greeted by sales and leasing consultant Julio Bergollo. A very friendly guy who gathered some info to find out our goals including trading in our lease. To narrow down the review, The dealership was limited in making certain deals in our affordable monthly payment range due to lack of incentive and rebate programs and more expensive technology in today's vehicles. We were considering the 2019 leftovers of the Kicks and Rogue Sport. My wife did like the Kicks, she sat in it and fell for it a lot and would have leased it if wasn't such an excessive lease payment due to no programs from Nissan. It was disappointing because the Kicks reminded me of the Xterra, a nice looking vehicle with limited technology but for some reason, Too costly. I must say, Julio spent a considerable amount of time with us. He was non aggressive and very patient and this resulted in us being relaxed and comfortable. So in the end, My wife ended up getting back into a newer 2019 Sentra lease which was OK. At the beginning, the lease payment was also high but the dealership was flexible and worked with us to make the vehicle more affordable. I appreciate the dealership taking into consideration that we have bought several cars there already. We ended up coming back this past Sunday to finalize paperwork and pick up new vehicle. The process was simple, easy and quick. The only complaint that I would have through this process and this is nothing to do with Julio but fees like destination fees are a ridiculous charge that a dealer passes on to the consumer for vehicle being transported from factory to dealer usually about $800.00 and the bank processing fee of $650.00. So you figure a another $1450.00 on top of your already required down payment including taxes and other fees. Now there is an option to roll these fees into your total price which will result in a higher car payment. maybe the dealerships should consider a true rebate program of eliminating these fees for repeat customers. makes sense. So in final, We had another great experience with a great salesperson who I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle and we would deal with him again in the future. Thanks again to Julio and the dealership for making another easy sale/lease.

FYI: This might be my longest but most important review yet…read more. This is hands-down the most pathetic excuse for a car dealership that I've ever stepped foot in. From the second that I walked in here, I felt like I was entering a circus that was ran by people who have absolutely no idea what they're doing. The customer service is nonexistent, the staff clearly couldn't care less, and every question I asked was met with blank stares or attitude. Is it because I'm a female? Let's talk about the car's for a second.. Half of them looked like they were dragged out of a junkyard and wiped down with a dirty rag. The prices of them? Completely delusional. They're trying to sell beat-up inventory at brand-new luxury prices, and then act like you're the problem for noticing. Save yourself the headache. Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE. This place is a waste of time, money, and oxygen. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

My friend Heather bought a infiniti G37 coupe in Carloha before I knew this website, can you believe it? I drove her car for several times. I DO like the POWER of this V6 super-duper engine, which offers a excellent drive experience. When I want to buy a used car to commute, Heather recommend this website to me, she told me that they were reliable cause in the warranty period they offered her a brand new set of tires when her tires expired. So I decided to go through the website to check out. Fortunately I saw two infiniti G37x Sedans! I compared the price with Kelly Blue Book and some other online used car sellers, their price is good. They offered me carfax and autocheck reports, but for double check, I payed for another round of carfax and autocheck search by myself, there existed no accident or damage with both infiniti. Finally I payed 500 deposit for the 2012 G37 cause I prefer lower mileage. I lived in brooklyn, not very far from their office, so I got my vehicle in just 2 days with everything all set, include the title transfer. They took the car to detail service before delivery so it looked pretty clean and tidy! I had a test drive near my apartment and I did like it. The whole process of buying my car was easy and convenient, and the Carlohaers are very nice. I like this company and hope this young business could go further!

Sean, the sales manager, jumped right into action and his communication was flawless throughout. Phil handled everything on the paperwork side seamlessly. My son ended up in a better place than where he started -- and his smile came right back. We cannot tell you what it means to finally find a place you can actually trust. I went to Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram ready to lease a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn Black Edition. I had already researched pricing, incentives and my trade value, and I made it clear from the beginning that I had a packed schedule. The first deal wasn't even close, so I thanked everyone and left. Later that day, I got a call saying the GM had approved a much better deal. I was asked to leave a $500 refundable deposit to hold everything for 72 hours, so I agreed. After checking my trade and calling my insurance company, the entire conversation changed. Suddenly I was told the deal needed to happen that night because of month-end timing, even though I had been told the deposit would protect the deal. I even offered to come back that evening, sign the paperwork and return another day to pick up the truck. My calls and texts weren't returned, I drove back to the dealership anyway, and then I was told the truck couldn't be obtained that night. Before leaving, I was promised a call the next day after they checked on the truck and incentives. That call never came. I eventually had to call them myself. To be fair, my deposit was refunded immediately, and I want to give the salesperson credit. He was polite, respectful and never tried to push me into a truck I didn't want. I don't believe he was the issue. My frustration is with the process. Every time I thought we had everything figured out, something changed. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like the goalposts just kept moving. I walked in ready to lease a truck and left wondering why buying a vehicle had to be so much more complicated than it needed to be. I hope they improve their communication because I think it would make a big difference for future customers.

Here's the kicker, we live in Brooklyn! That's right, we drive over an hour each way to get there and back. We obviously have closer Hyundai dealerships to us but we see no reason to switch. Advantage is well run, very clean, and always genuinely friendly. Not in the sales kind of way. There's an asian market next door that we usually run over to forLLP a snack at while we wait for maintenance/checkups on our car. The last two cars we went with we were helped through the process by Henry. We appreciated his approach so much that we actually requested him this last time. Not to say that the other members of the sales team aren't great. We just hit it off with Henry. He's a no nonsense, straight shooting kind of guy. Never felt like he was trying to up sell us on a different car or higher trim. We will no doubt be returning here when it's time for us to get new cars!

Michael Corssen (assistant manager) James D'agostino (sales manager) are absolute gentleman. Whole process was seamless. They make you feel welcome. IMO tire rim platinum package is mandatory, which I was informed is refundable if you don't use it. NY roads are horrible so it gives you peace of mind. Paintless dent removal is also included in the platinum package and a few other things. Considering prices of rims, tires, plus door dents it's worth it.

Negative Review: I brought my car to Rallye BMW on April 23…read morefor an oil change and to address an outstanding recall. Since I still had about a month left on my current inspection, I asked them to complete that as well. What a huge mistake. The experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. It took them a full week to even let me know the car was "ready." The only communication I received was a text from Tracey Bolden on the morning of April 30 asking, "Mr. Cruz, are you picking up your car today?" I picked it up, paid the inspection fee, and drove home -- only to discover that the inspection had been failed due to window tint and a bubble on one of my tires. This was especially infuriating because: * They performed my inspection last year with the exact same window tint and passed it. * The service team already knew about both the tint and the tire issue before starting the inspection. At minimum, someone should have called me to say the inspection couldn't be completed due to these problems. A simple heads-up would have let me take the car elsewhere while I still had time left on my current sticker. Instead, they stayed silent, I paid $37 for a failed inspection, and I was left scrambling. While $37 isn't a huge amount of money, the complete lack of communication and basic customer care has destroyed my trust in Rallye BMW. With less than a year left on my lease, I will never return for service, and I will absolutely not be leasing or buying my next vehicle from them. I expected far better from a BMW dealership. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I'll be sharing this experience widely so other customers know what kind of service to actually expect.

I had an appointment at 9 AM for an oil change, but also needed them to look into a brake squeak that's been happening for a few years now - it was a squeak that previous mechanics I've used were not able to figure out, so I had wanted to try my luck at an actual Chevy dealership. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Gloria, who was extremely friendly, and made my experience wonderful, so I need to shout her out! My car was ready around 5 PM, and upon picking it up, I did not find that I was overcharged like some of the comments I've read. Gloria had let me know that they were able to fix my squeaky brakes which was amazing, and for around $400 between an oil change, tire rotation, and a brake pad fix, that definitely did not seem like it was breaking the bank.. Since visiting I have not as of yet heard any squeaks coming from my brakes , and overall had a great experience at this business. (thx Gloria, as well as the woman with the glasses and dark hair that I spoke with as I was paying!) - I would recommend and will be returning.

I brought my new car to the service department 3 months later for its first oil change today. Arrived shortly after 8 am. I was advised it would take about 1.5 hrs during write-up. 2 hours and 45 minutes later, it was done. For an oil change. The mechanic who drove it out told me the reason for the delay was because when he got the car, it was break time so it couldn't be worked on. I wonder how long was the break? Needless to say, I will not be coming back unless absolutely necessary. Horrible experience.
