As much as I loved driving a Nissan, which I had been doing for nearly 20 years, I just switched to…read morethe new Toyota Camry hybrid XLE, which I got from Westbury Toyota. I did my homework before choosing Westbury, and learned they had the best inventory (and rating, fwiw). Also, in a time like this when you can get a great car that gets in the upper 40s MPG, and also happens to look great, you go for it. Especially with gas prices going through the roof. What I wanted to write about was the exceptional experience I had in my lease arrangement. Nateshia was one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in all my years of leasing, or buying cars. She was relaxed, pleasant, funny, and quite human! Even though I did my homework, she got my trust. And that was maintained throughout the entire process. I did not get rushed into doing this and I came back two days after my visit to seal the deal. They did give me everything I wanted and I even got the exact model and color and trim, because they had such a large stock. It was on lot. Initially, I was worried about getting a car this popular at a time when gas economy was such a major issue, as was sticker shock that so many are going through. But I got an extremely fair deal and can't recommend this dealership enough. While the Sales and Finance managers were great to work with, all credit to Nateshia Wallace, for helping me seal the deal. And making such a comfortable environment to do the transaction in. Westbury Toyota should be very happy to have such a capable and nice person as a representative. I could not recommend Nateshia, or Westbury Toyota, more highly than I do. And I love my Camry Hybrid XLE.

Do not trust their "special orders"--dishonest and dismissive management…read more In mid-June, I placed a special build order for a 2026 Toyota Sienna with a salesman named Jerod. We customized the color, trim, packages, and accessories, and I was told delivery would take up to three months. When the car finally arrived, they got a few things wrong. They got the exterior color wrong, missed the door sill protectors, and lacked the second-row ottoman seats I explicitly requested (substituting a spare tire instead). Instead of owning up to the mistake, Jerod and his manager came up with a few excuses. Jerod claimed there was an East Coast shortage of ottoman seats. I immediately fact-checked this by calling a dealership in Queens, which confirmed they had just received a Sienna with the ottomans that very day. When I told Jerod, he tried to cast doubt on the other dealership by saying did you get a spec sheet of it, maybe it's not real. Then, the manager stepped in and tried to explain that "special orders" don't guarantee you get the features you want. He conflated a custom customer build with standard dealership inventory ordering. Either they completely botched my order, or they never actually placed it. Instead of offering to reorder the vehicle, they tried to pressure me into buying the incorrect car sitting on their lot. The blatant dishonesty felt disrespectful. They assumed I wouldn't do my own research. I ultimately walked away, telling the manager that I cannot buy a car from a team I do not trust. They refunded my deposit and I walked away feeling like I dodged a bullet from not buying a car from this place. Buyer beware: If you order here, demand a certified spec sheet immediately. Better yet, go to a dealership that values honesty over a quick buck. To Jerod and his manager: people will value your honesty even if you make a mistake, please don't become a lemon salesman who does whatever it takes to make a few bucks.

Sometimes it is discouraging to start over with someone you don't know but we got an email from a Meaghan Snyder, Internet sales specialist who got the ball rolling by advising my wife Kelly that her 2017 Sentra lease will be expiring in a few months. 3 years does come upon us quicker than you think so I did respond to her and then received a call from a Joe Mcguire who called us back to follow up, answer some questions for us and set up an appointment to come in over the weekend. We arrived at the dealership on Saturday afternoon 1/4/20 and was greeted by sales and leasing consultant Julio Bergollo. A very friendly guy who gathered some info to find out our goals including trading in our lease. To narrow down the review, The dealership was limited in making certain deals in our affordable monthly payment range due to lack of incentive and rebate programs and more expensive technology in today's vehicles. We were considering the 2019 leftovers of the Kicks and Rogue Sport. My wife did like the Kicks, she sat in it and fell for it a lot and would have leased it if wasn't such an excessive lease payment due to no programs from Nissan. It was disappointing because the Kicks reminded me of the Xterra, a nice looking vehicle with limited technology but for some reason, Too costly. I must say, Julio spent a considerable amount of time with us. He was non aggressive and very patient and this resulted in us being relaxed and comfortable. So in the end, My wife ended up getting back into a newer 2019 Sentra lease which was OK. At the beginning, the lease payment was also high but the dealership was flexible and worked with us to make the vehicle more affordable. I appreciate the dealership taking into consideration that we have bought several cars there already. We ended up coming back this past Sunday to finalize paperwork and pick up new vehicle. The process was simple, easy and quick. The only complaint that I would have through this process and this is nothing to do with Julio but fees like destination fees are a ridiculous charge that a dealer passes on to the consumer for vehicle being transported from factory to dealer usually about $800.00 and the bank processing fee of $650.00. So you figure a another $1450.00 on top of your already required down payment including taxes and other fees. Now there is an option to roll these fees into your total price which will result in a higher car payment. maybe the dealerships should consider a true rebate program of eliminating these fees for repeat customers. makes sense. So in final, We had another great experience with a great salesperson who I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle and we would deal with him again in the future. Thanks again to Julio and the dealership for making another easy sale/lease.

Let me offer more details for all the yelpers and hope this could help all you guys! My friend Heather bought a infiniti G37 coupe in Carloha before I knew this website, can you believe it? I drove her car for several times. I DO like the POWER of this V6 super-duper engine, which offers a excellent drive experience. When I want to buy a used car to commute, Heather recommend this website to me, she told me that they were reliable cause in the warranty period they offered her a brand new set of tires when her tires expired. So I decided to go through the website to check out. Fortunately I saw two infiniti G37x Sedans! I compared the price with Kelly Blue Book and some other online used car sellers, their price is good. They offered me carfax and autocheck reports, but for double check, I payed for another round of carfax and autocheck search by myself, there existed no accident or damage with both infiniti. Finally I payed 500 deposit for the 2012 G37 cause I prefer lower mileage. I lived in brooklyn, not very far from their office, so I got my vehicle in just 2 days with everything all set, include the title transfer. They took the car to detail service before delivery so it looked pretty clean and tidy! I had a test drive near my apartment and I did like it. The whole process of buying my car was easy and convenient, and the Carlohaers are very nice. I like this company and hope this young business could go further!

We walked in bracing for the usual dealer games, waiting for that gut-punch moment so many dealerships are famous for -- but it never came. Our salesman was straightforward. We test drove it, fell in love, and drove it home that same day. For a kid who worked so hard for this moment, it was everything it should have been. A couple days later we hit a small snag, and my son was genuinely heartbroken. This was his baby, and he'd worked too hard for anything to go wrong. We reached out to the dealership ourselves, and that's when Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram really showed their true colors. Sean, the sales manager, jumped right into action and his communication was flawless throughout. Phil handled everything on the paperwork side seamlessly. I went to Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram ready to lease a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn Black Edition. I had already researched pricing, incentives and my trade value, and I made it clear from the beginning that I had a packed schedule. The first deal wasn't even close, so I thanked everyone and left. Later that day, I got a call saying the GM had approved a much better deal. I was asked to leave a $500 refundable deposit to hold everything for 72 hours, so I agreed. After checking my trade and calling my insurance company, the entire conversation changed. Suddenly I was told the deal needed to happen that night because of month-end timing, even though I had been told the deposit would protect the deal. I even offered to come back that evening, sign the paperwork and return another day to pick up the truck. My calls and texts weren't returned, I drove back to the dealership anyway, and then I was told the truck couldn't be obtained that night. Before leaving, I was promised a call the next day after they checked on the truck and incentives. That call never came. I eventually had to call them myself. To be fair, my deposit was refunded immediately, and I want to give the salesperson credit. He was polite, respectful and never tried to push me into a truck I didn't want. I don't believe he was the issue. My frustration is with the process. Every time I thought we had everything figured out, something changed. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like the goalposts just kept moving. I walked in ready to lease a truck and left wondering why buying a vehicle had to be so much more complicated than it needed to be. I hope they improve their communication because I think it would make a big difference for future customers.

I then attempted to seek assistance from George, but my concerns were not addressed, and I felt that no meaningful effort was made to resolve the issues. Shortly before I noticed the problem, I had driven through a puddle on the highway. I did not strike a curb, road debris, a pothole, or anything else. Once the diffuser came loose, part of it contacted the ground and was damaged. Rallye's technician confirmed that the diffuser was damaged and that tabs on the supporting trim piece were broken. Nevertheless, Rallye denied warranty coverage, classifying the problem as "outside influence." What Rallye did not do was identify any impact point, show me evidence that the vehicle had struck something, or explain precisely what the alleged outside influence was. Their conclusion appeared to be based solely on the fact that parts were broken, even though my position from the beginning was that the diffuser detached first and was damaged afterward. I declined to pay Rallye for the repair and took the car to an independent automotive specialist who routinely works on high performance sports cars, exotic cars, and luxury vehicles. He inspected the vehicle, secured the remaining portion of the diffuser at no charge, and ensured that the car was completely safe to drive. I am leaving for vacation and needed to know that the vehicle was secure and safe for the trip. The specialist confirmed that it was. When I return, I intend to take the car back to him for the permanent repair unless Rallye contacts me and agrees to resolve the matter. He estimates that replacing the affected piece, including installation, will cost approximately $350. That estimate makes Rallye's decision even more disappointing. My wife and I purchased two BMWs from Rallye within roughly six months. I purchased my 2026 BMW M2 in November 2025, and my wife purchased an additional BMW in May 2026. Despite that recent business and the possibility of future purchases and service, Rallye was apparently willing to lose our confidence and future business over a repair costing approximately $350 at retail. Unfortunately, this was not my first frustrating experience with Rallye's service department. I purchased additional tire and wheel protection coverage with my vehicle. On a previous occasion, when tire repairs were needed, I was initially told that I would have to pay a deductible despite the additional coverage I had purchased. Thankfully, my salesman, Bert Vargas, intervened on my behalf and helped get that matter resolved. Bert has been an excellent salesman and has consistently been responsive, helpful, and willing to advocate for me. My criticism is not directed at him. In fact, the fact that he had to intervene illustrates the difference between the excellent assistance I received from my salesman and my repeated frustrations with Rallye's service and customer care departments. Before posting this review, I contacted dealership management directly, explained the diffuser situation in detail, and gave them a clear opportunity to respond. I provided a specific deadline simply asking them to acknowledge the matter and tell me how they intended to proceed. That deadline passed without even the courtesy of a response. This is no longer primarily about the cost of the repair. It is about Rallye BMW refusing warranty coverage without identifying any actual impact or outside cause, a recurring lack of satisfactory customer service, and management failing to respond when given a final opportunity to address the problem professionally. BMW calls its vehicles "The Ultimate Driving Machine." Unfortunately, my experience with Rallye BMW's service, warranty decisions, and customer care has not come close to meeting that standard. An "Ultimate Driving Machine" should be able to drive through a puddle on the highway without being damaged. If it cannot, that is precisely what the warranty should cover. Fix it. They refused. Rallye BMW has lost a customer.
