It's divided into small sections where each seller sets up their items and then the buyer can shop from multiple sellers at once. Select what you want, try them on (yes!! they have dressing rooms!) and pay for it all in one transaction. The inventory is hit and miss; each seller has their own "style" as well as sizing. Some sections have only women's clothing, others have a mix of mens, womens and even children. There's a small poster above the rack that explains what you'll find in that section. I love supporting local folks and this is a great way to do it. The pricing was also fair-not quite thrift store, but better than what you'll find at the mall. I was happy with my finds!

They basically buy all of targets clearance items in the local targets, giving you no chance to buy it from target yourself and turn it over for a profit. You never really know what you will find at a Preloved since each booth is filled with items from different sellers but that also makes it exciting since you will find things you never knew you wanted or needed. They run different sells throughout the week but the real deals start on Friday where most sellers will clearance their items anywhere from 25%-90%. It definitely gets busy on Friday mornings but all of the other times I have been it's been calm and quiet. I have heard mixed reviews about selling with Preloved but I do appreciate those that do put up booths because I usually find something when I shop here. Highly highly recommend.

I absolutely loved that it was loaded to the rafters with treasures, but it did make it difficult rifle through the racks. There was a TINY section of kids/baby items & one discount rack I saw in the back. I did purchase a pair of earrings & a vintage kid shirt, but that was it. The cashier seemed bothered with selling them to me, which was not a great experience. Staff don't have to be exuberant, but they can at least acknowledge your presence & be cordial. I'd really like to say I will come back, but I don't think I will until they develop a GLP1 strong enough to make me thin like Arianna Grande and I gain enough outward vintage clout to charm the staff into a better attitude.

Thrift, don't support predatory businesses like this. I feel that "Shop Vintage" is exploitative because they seriously jack up the prices of clothing. It's really gross that scalpers are swooping in to the thrift stores and buying up these clothes (for pennies on the dollar) so the people they were intended for can no longer afford them at a reasonable price. Yes, our donation centers have tons of "clothes", but a lot of that's fast-fashion synthetic garbage. It had no intention of longevity, whereas these textiles are valuable, which is exactly why this company continues to snatch these things up to resell at a premium. If you're fine with predatory practices, no one's stopping you from shopping here. I'd personally recommend popping in to thrift stores like the DI, where a vast majority of these clothes were donated in the first place. :( ** Edited to add, per their comment attached to my review: They claim their "clothing is sourced from 'wholesale warehouses' out of state that gather unsold donations." They're up-charging and if you're fine with being scalped, and willing to pay ridiculous prices, then take my review with a grain of salt. This is just my 2¢...donate to thrift stores so people in need can reuse. It is disgraceful that the donation/thrifting cycle has become gentrified.
