We remembered a note in one of the SPMUD's newsletters that asked customers to call them first if they had sewer problems. We called and 2 crews came to our rescue. The dispatcher was amazing and had a the field supervisor and a team of technicians at our door within 30 mins. The technicians worked tirelessly in stormy weather until the problems were resolved. They were professional, friendly and conscientious. We are so incredibly thankful for their help. SPMUD must be doing everything right to hire and retain such super heroes!!! During a time when money is tight and everyone is feeling it, I really cannot express my gratitude for this company. For as long as I have propane, Hunt will be the only company I trust.

NO lie, $450 in June 2023 and now $850 in June 2024. We have actually been using a ton less energy this year in attempts to avoid higher rates but it doesn't seem to matter. We are always in the "red" for energy usage even though we are well aware when to use and when not to use our appliances. Even when it was over 110 degrees, we kept our house a sweltering 82 degrees. We have even had PG&E come out to assess our meter and any other possible malfunctions, but it all checked out. I am 1 income in a small, single story house, with a husband and 4 young kids. The natural light coming from the large windows makes long study days feel less confining. I feel comfortable leaving my belongings at my table while I use the restroom. It's a risk to take unless you ask one of the many kind people around to watch your stuff. There are also study rooms for rent. I haven't used them, but I'm happy to have the option.
