When Home Depot or Lowe's doesn't have something they ALWAYS tell me to, "Go to Ferguson, they have everything." This was my first time to go to Ferguson. I needed replacement rubber gaskets and seals for a Two-year old Kohler Toilet Tank that was leaking. So I called and the man I spoke to told me that they had all the necessary for the make & model of toilet and just come on down. So I did...And They DIDN'T. The man that was helping was VERY Helpful and knowledgeable. He told me that the model was no longer manufactured. He went around looking for parts trying to get them all together. It was raining really hard and went out to another area and came back in with a Kohler Toilet Tank Box that was badly rained on. I had An URGENT Matter that I had to attend to and it was almost 4p. So I told him that I had to go. I gave him my name, phone number, and email address and told him I would be back the following day. I came back the next day about noon and apparently interrupted his lunch (SORRY) but he was friendly and got up, walked over and picked up a Kohler Tank box and handed it to me. I asked how much do I owe - he said nothing - it's yours! I thanked him and loaded it in the car. So when I got home, I started taking the new pieces off and looked and thought - why dont I just swap out the ENTIRE Tank?? So that's what I decided to do. After I got the NEW Tank on, I tested it a Bunch of times and determined it was a SUCCESSFUL Repair! NO LEAKS! Thanks you guys! I guess I was lucky that my toilet was no longer made so I got a new complete tank, and a quick repair!!

Nearly four months later, I still have not received a single appliance or a refund. Throughout this process, the owner repeatedly told me that my order would arrive "soon" or that he would send me a tracking number "tomorrow." Those promises never materialized, and my calls and messages often went unanswered for weeks. I contacted Forno directly to find out what was happening. I was informed that they had received my order but that it was canceled by the seller a few days later. I was also told that they were unable to sell to this dealer due to issues involving the California Franchise Tax Board. Had I been informed of this before my purchase, I never would have paid over $12,000 for appliances that could not be fulfilled. Despite living without any appliances for almost 4 months, I have not received a refund either. Moe, the owner, just says "Sorry, no refunds"! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. They are complete scammers!

While the father was informative, knowledgeable and courteous, I cannot attribute those characteristics to the son. Who is demonstrative towards his dad, in a hurry to assess or therefore not assess electrical issues, combative/inflexible when scheduling as well as being not pleasant and a little creepy, energy wise, for lack of a better description...that was my unfortunate experience. In summary, the electrical issue still exists and has evolved in ways only a considerate, knowledgeable and dedicated electrician could assess and resolve.
