The original location that I had chosen was not a correct one, brought to my attention by my son and Victor. The best location was on the elevated deck outside of the TV room with lots of space on the 12 foot x 24 foot deck for the guests to observe Victor's preparation from start to finish along with the timing of the various ingredients for the seafood pialla. Victor's equipment was of the upmost quality, the various ingredients all in various containers to be added at the appropriate time. Victor's uniform is very clean and crisp, very symbolic of a master chef. Through out the one and a half hour of cooking, Victor answered any and all questions from the guests. Very entertaining and informative, a happy person that projected his happiness and skills to all ages, grandchildren to the grandparents. A surprise rain shower did not cause any problems, Victor quickly moved 2 outdoor umbrellas to cover the food and continued cooking. Then, the meal was ready, 20 guests had their first serving and many went back for seconds and even thirds. DELICIOUS, TASTY AND PERFECTLY COOKED. Fam has been yucky and donuts always cheer my kids up. We got a not so great batch for our 1/2 doz, reached out to Uber Eats with no luck at all. They were extremely unhelpful and ended the chat on me. I totally get there's worse things in the world than donuts but... we only received the donuts most wouldn't choose lol. I'm so happy Chrystal answered the phone at Jupiter Donuts. She made the whole situation better 100%. She personally had a driver come back to my house with yummy donuts. I had forgotten about their approach to donuts but overall it was a decent experience on my first visit to the Royal Palm location. The sunrise and maple bacon donuts were solid. How Duck Donuts does it is that they cook the donuts the same then do the glaze and toppings to order based on the flavor varietals they have. They didn't have the peanut butter one I originally wanted so I had to opt for plan be which was the sunrise, consisting of lemon glaze and raspberry drizzle. Not my first choice to go but it was alright. The maple bacon was decent. You can watch the servers prepare your order, which was cool. Location-wise, it's fairly open space with a few tables but it's more for ordering and picking up. But you can enjoy them at the establishment if there are tables available. I would be curious about their breakfast sandwiches since they make them with the donuts. Hopefully they have the peanut butter one next time.
