The saltiness of the Fritos (that reminded me of being a child) juxtaposed with the tanginess of the pickled red onions, cream, cilantro and savory chopped wagyu meat was such a fun, but elevated nacho dish. The staff (I think her name is Tuesday) was so kind and knowledgeable - she's the one who led me to the epic sandwich experience I had. The vibe was pretty chill despite being extremely busy. I'm typically not very cognizant of what people around me are eating, but the father and son at the table next to me had a burger, burrito, pb&j sando and more, and I have to admit, I was kind of jealous, because I wanted to try it all!
