Saturday afternoon, I took my 6 year old nephew to this park. It is indeed a Play for all... It was not as busy as I thought. Parking was great. We parked close to the entrance. My nephew was extremely excited!!I noticed that everything was thoroughly thought out. The entrance gate is slightly heavy (two to pass through. Other area were the same (heavy gates to prevent kids from entering the paved areas without permission & help. There were several areas to play: sensory areas, sand box (large), agility, strength training for the littles, and a cute township area where kids can ride (provided mini bikes) bikes or scooters in the "city". The imagination stations were adorable. Most areas were covered well. They had several restrooms and water stations. Seating for birthdays and such. I didn't have time to take pictures. But it's true to the website. I highly recommend it! read more

We went to this park for my grandson's birthday. It is in Round Rock Texas. It is a safe place to bring your children to play. There is a fence completely surrounding the park and there is a gate to go in and out of which has the handles high enough that a child could not open that gate. There was a lot of thought put into this park. They have wonderful learning areas such as they have an area all about music; This was definitely a favorite place. There are chimes to sound and drums to play, The children really enjoyed this area. They had a zip line made for children. My four-year-old granddaughter was enjoying it and after her, some 13-year-olds were enjoying it. It's very well-made, very safe and very fun. They have a shopping area for them to pretend -- along with their own personal H-E-B! My granddaughter really enjoyed pretending to shop. I think that's a secret word here, there's a lot of pretending going on here! I highly recommend this park. It's important to know that animals are not allowed unless it's a service animal. There's a lot of kids running and yelling and playing and laughing. This is not the place for you if you're going to a park to read a book. This is definitely a great place for children or for parents to play with their children. I highly recommend you visit. read more

Yes! I don't know why I haven't been here sooner. I love that the play areas are gated in, so there's no worry about running into the parking lot. There are different sections for all kiddos interests and there are multiple shaded tables to stop for a snack. It's great for parties or to go on your own. read more

This park has a wheelchair swing! I haven't seen that anywhere. Super awesome that this park was designed with special needs kids in mind. Overall, a large park with multiple sections and lots of activities for young kids of varying abilities. Just keep a close eye on your kids here to ensure they're not using equipment meant for someone with special needs and just be aware that there may be kids with disabilities playing nearby. read more

It's really sad to see a lot of additions missing- like the zip line, some of the swings, a lot of the differently abled accessible items. I'm sure it's because parents are using them incorrectly. Every time we come here there's a parents pushing their child(ren) in the wheelchair swing when their children are NOT in wheelchairs. Huge bummer. read more

This place does not disappoint. Tons of fun for all ages, from taking your babies and having little music playground to sand to swings to a little walk track, that's shaped like a race car to little stores.This place has everything for any child. Completely accessible for anybody with disabilities?And it's pretty big and it has a lot of trails around it as well.You can walk down to the river. Plenty of places to have a little picnic or snack. Possibly one of the best parks here or anywhere I've ever been. Great playground for kids with many types of sections based on what the kids want. They have slides, swings, sand, climbing, you name it. There's a small fake town where kids can ride anything with wheels and go around. There's plenty of shade and parking is plenty if you go further around. Outdoor parks are tough since it's hot in Texas but on a nice day it's worth it. read more

As I'm sure many of the reviewers have said, this is just an absolutely amazing Park. It is huge. There are so many different areas every time we go. I feel like we discover something new. The kids like the zipline area, the best and most of the people that come here are very well behaved adults and children so that is nice and refreshing. The little bike track is very cute. My daughter was going on her scooter there. She had a lot of fun. My son enjoys the little digging area with the construction equipment. They also really enjoy the slides and the train area where you can have some monkey bars and more slides and climbing things. It's also so adorable to have a mini downtown round Rock set up there with the stores and the sidewalks. Whoever planned this park out was just an absolute genius I think. We also attended a birthday party here so you can grab a few benches for free. I'm not sure if you have to pay to rent out the pavilion but it is just wonderful to have something like this that's all inclusive for everybody. Anybody that needs accommodations. There is so much to love about this enormous, access-for-all park. Lots of shade! Bring a picnic. Bring the bikes, scooters, skates and skateboards. Don't forget the sandbox toys! There's a miniature speedway for kids. There's a play town that recreates a city, complete with a hospital, fire station, HEB, gas station, and more. If your kids love to climb, this park will exhaust their bodies and their imagination. There is so much to do: - Playscape for little guys, playscape for big kids, a soundscape, enormous see saws, a nature scape. - A working zipline for kids as small as 4 years of age - Children in a wheelchair will be able to swing and go up a tree house. Limited parking so get there early. And bring a flashlight if you plan to be there after dusk. read more

So I haven't played in this actual park. But I did ride my bike here and I freaking love this trail. It's one of my favorites. It's short and easy. The sites are pretty and the perfect practice ground if you just want an easy bike ride with few slopes. When I want to get miles in o just keep going and pass Kalahari which is so cool to me. It's my favorite bike ride. I recommend it to everyone I know. read more

This park is awesome! My kids thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it from the little village and the race track to the zip line and swings! We went during the day to avoid the large crowds and was able to run around and play. It's gated which is nice, definitely maintaining its cleanliness for sure! I love this park. We come here almost once every week. So much to do. Lots of playscapes and places for children to climb on. There's even a race track to zoom around in so remember to bring your wheeled toys, kids (mostly for parents to remember hah)! My child LOVES to play pretend in the mini city they installed complete with gas station, car wash, it even has a H-E-B grocery store!!! There's a sand pit, a drumming sound pod in the front most area. Great place to take your kiddo to (and for parents as you chase your kid around) to burn some energy. It does get hot during the 10am-4pm times but there's shaded areas and trees and picnic tables to hang around in. read more

This park came highly recommended, and it truly did not disappoint. Really something for everyone here-kids of all abilities and even adults too! My son loved it here and so did I. Plenty of things to do and see, even if it's busy it doesn't feel super overcrowded, and for the most part it's a pretty clean park. Restrooms could have used a little work, but other than that everything was great. The tiny town was definitely our favorite part-it had its own car dealership, police station, hospital, HEB (you better believe it), stop lights and more! Definitely plan to spend a few hours here, and make sure your kiddos bring their bikes/scooters. Plenty of parking on site, and lots of trees to sit under for shade-it can get rather warm in the summer. Look forward to coming back! read more

we Love this park. My daughter loved it too but somewhere between 1 and 2.5 she decided she was scared of anything and everything so now her new thing is just walking around here, and we chase her. So thats what we do! in time she will come to enjoy: 1) the mini safety city 2) the musical section 3) the faux boat - she kind dug it but moved on pretty quickly 4) the swing that slides that can accommodate kids with special needs 5) slids and swings and fake tic tac toes 6) new age merry-go-round - my has time changed since i was a kid Adults: There are trials on either side of a.w. grimes If you opt for the side that has the play for all park it will be more shaded but so much muggier! If you opt for the west side trail.. it will be brighter, sunnier and many many more bugs. its nat geo for sure up in there. Not a bad idea to take some mace or something just in case. Had a guy in jeans hanging out behind the trees and he came out of nowhere but once my husband met up with me and my 2 young babies --- he went back into the trees. Amazing park. Truly something for every kid. Climbing and swinging and zipline and sandbox and building and music and biking. A whole town that is fantastic for imaginary play. A walking trail right outside. All of it with support for kids with different abilities, and fenced in so little ones can't go astray. The one shortcoming, there's not a lot of open grass. Not the place to bring your frisbee and play long toss. But if you turn your kids loose here, better bring lunch, because they're not going to want to go home. read more

We absolutely LOVE this park! It is our #1 favorite to visit during the week, the weekends can get quite packed but it is still large enough for everyone to enjoy. My 1yr old loves climbing and exploring all the playgrounds and trees around. Best park in the Austin area for sure ! read more

This is an awesome park that I would have loved to play in as a child! There is a speedway, multiple jungle gyms, a swing, and the playground is safety gated to help with safety. There are trees for shade a big parking lot. So sad my kid was napping when we got there but if I'm back in Austin I'll definitely visit again. read more

This park is so much fun. I've been park hopping around Austin and I have to say I'm so glad I discovered this park. There's so many different play areas within the park such as two different play grounds with different types of slides, a sensory spot with a sandbox area, a musical section, a whole area dedicated to different types of swings and so much more like a whole section to ride bikes, scooters, and tricycles. There's picnic tables located throughout the park and benches too. My little one can spend hours here and I literally have to drag him out because he doesn't ever want to leave. I saw a dedicated covered section that looks like parties can be hosted here. Even if it's crowded it doesn't really feel like it since everything is nicely spaced out. Oh man, where were these kinds of parks when I was a kid? This place is a blast and a solid spot for tuckering out that toddler energy. This park is a bit of a drive for our family but it's well worth it. Besides having multiple playgrounds, they have a sensory area, adventurous zip lining type of monkey bar, a super cute tiny town for toddlers to bike or scooter through. This place is amazing!!! Whether you have a toddler or an 8yr old, able-bodied, or full disability, this place has it all - Aptly named "Play For All", I couldn't think of a better name. My son has always made friends here. Rode his bike around the track, rode his bike around the mini play village, and played in the sand, on the climbing apparatus - there is nothing missing from this facility. When he was younger I would encourage babysitters to take him here if he missed his dad too much - because here all your troubles vanish and play takes over. read more

I'll start off with the negatives: No Splash Pad and No grills for barbecuing. Outside of that everything else is positive. 1. Huge covered sandlot, check. 2. Musical instruments playscape, check. 3. Make believe town with Mock HEB and Chick-Fil-A, etc. Check! 4. Race track suited for runners, scooters, and bikes. Check. 5. Ziplines, check. 6. Traditional playscape with skids and swings, Check. 7. Treehouse check! This is an awesome park for kids with lots of stuff to do. My kids love coming here. Their favorite thing is to play in the sandlot and do the ziplines. You can rent out a few seats that can fit about 30 people, for small parties. This park is also great for kids with disabilities. It has been a while since I have been here... and man I have missed out. The park was amazing the last time I was here, but is even more so now! They have added areas, improved things and just seriously gone beyond what even a good park is! They added a whole play area... in the shape of a train with more space for climb, they built onto the town adding a whole other block, thee is a very large twisting and turning race track, and thee is now a zip line area.. and all of it includes the detail that this park is known for... stop lights and road signs, colorful, and things are set up so that everyone can enjoy. I was blown away before and now I am just rocked! Not only do they have new... but the older park has been kept up and is still in tip top shape! I had to pry my boys away from here when it was time to go they were having so much fun! read more

Took my toddler to this GEM today and I'm so glad that I did! Theres about 9 park areas that cater to all ages and abilities (hence the name). There's so much space that even during the busiest times, everyone is spaced out. Many bathrooms, picnic areas, and sand pits. We'll be going here more often! read more
