This review is long overdue! We moved into our new home earlier this year with our 18 month old. The home has multiple flights of stairs and a modern design so we knew doing baby gates on our own would be very difficult/impossible. The gates are very sturdy and work really well. Although I still think it is overly priced. You end up where you lose $150 if you don't spend more than $600 on their services. I feel if the price was more around $600-700 (instead of over $950 for two gates) they would probably get a lot more people willing to pass their info along. I would not pass their info along since I felt stuck with using them and therefore also felt stuck with paying too much. In the end at least it was well done. If money is no object, go for it. read more

I'm a single mom and my baby is days from being on the move and I just wanted a magic fairy to wave their wand and make my house safe and that's what Play It Safe did for me! It was definitely an investment, but Boris really understood my circumstances during the walk through and helped me figure out what areas I could save and gave me the premium gates on my two sets of stairs to make my life as easy as possible where I did want to make an investment in convenience.
