It is much bigger inside, and has a larger play structure than Play Modesto. It is very clean and well kept. I did not notice anything broken or in need of repair. We were here for a few hours, and someone is constantly picking up the toys and putting them back where they belong, wiping things down, vacuuming, etc. There is a lot to do, and both of my children had a great time! I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!

We got lucky, we were the only ones here so we had the whole playground to ourselves. The place is really big and their jumpy things are in great condition! They have lot of little areas to jump and play. The girl working the front desk was very friendly and informative and helpful. The bouncy houses are so much fun! The smell of cleaning solution is very faint but still enough that you feel confident they clean often which is nice. This place is great if you need to kill some time with kids on a hot day!

I loved the variety of themes they offer -- we picked the Pink Castle theme, which was perfect for our daughter's "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Two" celebration. For our package, they set up & clean up which makes it less stressful. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and very responsive during the planning process. They even accommodated special requests like customizing the balloon colors. Everything came together beautifully and made for such a memorable celebration. I definitely recommend this place for birthday parties for little ones! I just wish we lived closer because they also host so many fun activities and character meet-and-greets.

So I got to start the adventure with saying "no" cuz I just spent $40 for their entrance fees, then another $6 for THEIR grip socks even though we came wearing our own grip socks. Now I'm the bad guy cuz my kids see flashy expensive arcade games and want to play. The arcade games are so short and so expensive for the time you get to play, and no prizes to win, just money down the drain with the stupid pre paid cards that you don't know how much is left on it. The play structure has a super unsafe feature at the front, the Mario challenge wall, I saw multiple kids probably 8 year olds climb ABOVE the Mario structure where it's a full story high and they would be seriously hurt if they fell. My last complaint is that the staff did not keep a close enough eye on the gate to make sure kids don't escape. I saw the gate just hang open as the staff chatted with each other and not watching to keep it closed. On a positive note, the play structure itself is very large and a lot of exploring opportunities for toddlers and kids,lots of slides. Structures tall enough that parents can follow a two year old almost anywhere in the structure. The place has potential to be better and safer, but I'm sticking to Enchanted for my kids, it's safer for toddlers.

It's the kind of place where you can easily spend a couple of hours while the kids explore, climb, and just have a blast. He made sure everything ran smoothly and was great with the kids, which made the party stress-free for us parents. I purchased red dead redemption recently and it kept freezing In the loading screen. I called them as I live in Merced and was not going to make it back out to Modesto within the 7 day return/exchange period. Diego said since I contacted and stayed in touch he would accept my return or try and clean up the disc when I came in. When I did make it in after cleaning the disc a scratch remained and he recommended that i try their sister store utopia down the street since he did not have another copy. I found it at utopia and ended up getting the zombie version and red dead two also. I went back to return the copy I purchased from laughing crow but asked if I could exchange it for some enamel pins and cleaning the discs I bought instead of a refund since utopias disc cleaner wasn't working. He was pleased with the idea and we agreed on that. My experience with this store has been positive and it's clear this business and its workers stand by their product and their word.
