After 7 on time payments they say I owe more now than in the beginning. Google Santander. Lawsuits, fraud, not crediting payments correctly. Unfortunately thus dealership uses this finance comoany anyway, even acknowledged the problems. They just want the sale and fo not care what the customer goes thru afterwards. When I got to the lot they tried to out ne in a 5yr old Colorrla for $4 k more money, then still a different car. Bait and switch. I was told several times the deal was done, they just had to call for my payoff. Also they were only going to give me slightly more than 1/2 what I paid them 7months ago. After almost 3 hrs, constantly changing numbers and cars they finally said financing wasn't approved. I am sure a 4yr older car for $4000 more didn't help. Then they blamed my credit score, which they knew to begin with. They then proceeded to tell ne that the Rico score was 53 points lower than it actually is. All 1 big scam, lies, bait and switch on the car. They will say anything to get you into the lot. Waste 3hrs of your time. If you want a fair easy purchase do not go here. If you want to be lied to, overcharged, your trade in stolen for almost nothing, and the dealer to pick what they want to sell you instead of the car you want and waste 3 to 4 hours of your time then this is the dealership for you. There was another couple there that was also discouraged by the overly long process. Do not believe the rave reviews as I suspect they are written by employees. I am 62yes old. I have purchased over 60 cars. This was hands down the biggest waste of time and the worst I have ever been treated at any dealership. While discussing a legitimate hyundai concern, both advisors were giggling and laughing. Their demeanor conveyed a lack of seriousness and respect for a customer presenting a warranty concern involving a new vehicle. Additionally, my interaction with Alfredo Aguilar was particularly troubling. When I arrived to drop off the vehicle, his behavior appeared confrontational and unnecessarily aggressive. Rather than listening to my concerns or attempting to assist me professionally, he reacted in a manner that made me feel uncomfortable for asking questions regarding my vehicle. Whether this stemmed from frustration, poor communication skills, or an unwillingness to have his statements questioned, the interaction was completely inappropriate for a customer service environment. As a customer, I expect to be treated respectfully when raising legitimate warranty concerns. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, belittled, and that my concerns were not being taken seriously.

The lady took my phone and tried to figure out if there was anything wrong with my phone as to why the remote connect was not working. I told her it needed a system update on my car - that's exactly what the customer service with remote connect told me. Later I get a call saying they think they know why it's not working and they need to do a 1hr diagnostic. To which I agreed thinking it was something other than the update that I originally asked for. When they call me to let me know it's done, I go in to get my car and they tell me it's a $200 bill. For what? The lady comes out and says it's for the labor for diagnostic. But then she said that it needed a system update and it cleared everything that was wrong. Well didn't I come in specifically for an update? Like what the hell are you talking about? So they made me pay for one hour of "labor" for them to essentially do what I told them needed to be done. A one hour diagnosis was completely unnecessary. 1) She didn't tell me there was going to be a charge and 2) why wouldn't you do the update first because that's what I went in for? And then if it didn't work run the diagnostic. Scammers.

He 100% understood what I was looking for in regards to a vehicle for my elderly parents. He right away calmed my fears and showed me what might be the best fit for everything they were requesting. During that visit, a new warning appeared immediately after the recall work was completed. The truck had no prior engine warnings during my four years of ownership. The diagnostic code that surfaced was P008B-00 (Low Pressure Fuel System Pressure Too High), which appeared only after the recall service and left me without my daily driver for several days. I initially worked with a service advisor, and while the situation was frustrating at the time, the turning point came when I spoke directly with Lisa, the Service Director, on the morning of 12/12/25 when I picked up my truck. Lisa went above and beyond to ensure she exceeded my expectations. She listened carefully, understood my perspective, and treated the issue with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. Most importantly, she owned the experience from the customer's point of view, made things more than right, and ensured my truck was fully resolved and running perfectly. Leaders like Lisa are hard to find in the automotive service industry. She set the standard for what authentic customer service and accountability should look like. They sold me a known lemon and then flat refused to give me my money back after the truck left me stranded. Mine would have been covered under warranty anyway, but the service writer said there was an actual recall on it. I'll look it up of course. GRUDGINGLY - I am updating the service department to 4 stars. Grudgingly. I got my truck fixed a couple days faster than I expected (was without it almost two weeks), but I DID NOT get the same service as other Ford customers. The dealership over all is still at best a 3. The tires looked extra black when they brought it out to me. I thought, "Cool they washed it." NO THEY DID NOT. For some reason they oiled the sides of my tires. Hours later they looked the same, and when I brushed my hand over it I drew back with an oil residue on my fingers. Like I said I only upgraded them grudgingly. UPDATED Sept 10th 2025 - No news. No loaner. No star. UPDATED September 9th 2025 - I'm not ready to give them back a star just yet, but I feel a little better today after finally speaking with the service writer. This is one of the trucks that came out of the Kentuckey truck plant with a bad AC compressor. They are replacing it. They also said, they are going to try to get me a loaner vehicle by tomorrow. I did have a conversation with Ford at a higher level just trying to ask when I would hear something about my truck. I expect they may have got some word of that. I won't read to much into it, but my AC compressor and a lot of other AC parts will get replaced under warranty. BACKGROUND: I just had the first oil change (3500 miles elsewhere) last week, but the first recommended dealer service at 10,000 miles isn't due yet. The air conditioning is failing. It just stops periodically. It's gotten worse over the last week, and I tested it today in my driveway. After 20 minutes in the driveway it never started blowing cold air, so I headed for the dealership. Of course on the way to the dealership it started working again. I stood there at the counter for a few minutes with no other customers waiting while four (4) service writers did other things. One was on the phone, 2 ignored me, and finally a 3rd asked if he could help. He listened and asked me to leave the truck, so maybe he believed me. Maybe they won't just start it up feel cold air, and call me to come get my truck claiming there is nothing wrong with it. I expected a loaner. None available. I was surprised because everybody I've spoken with who dropped off a warranty repair truck there said they got a loaner. I guess my surprise showed because the service writer stopped whatever he started to stay and started telling me how they haven't had any loaners available for a week. If that's true it should tell you how many Fords trucks are in for warranty repairs. So far nothing that would make me downgrade my opinion of the dealership, but nothing to make me upgrade it either. I'm open to being pleasantly surprised, but I left kinda wishing I'd taken a day off and driven to Buckeye or Phoenix with or without air conditioning. We shall see how it goes. I'll be honest. If they fix the problem without petty (or major) issues I'll upgrade them a star, but I don't think I can upgrade them two stars as things are.
