I was told that they weren't responsible for any damages made while removing my dash cover meaning if they broke my dash they will not replace it. I didn't agree but was forced to sign a waiver if not the airbag safety recall would not be addressed. It was chevys mistake for the recall to begin with so anything in the process of correcting the problem should put them accountable for. My dash had no cracks chips or any damages before leaving my truck there. After picking up the truck I was infuriated. my dash was cracked in several major parts and is the only thing you notice as soon as you get in. I could understand one crack but as many as it has now , it should have 100% been replaced. they really f***** me. It is practically pieced together. I'm hesitant to even wipe it down. because of their recall now the appearance and value of my vehicle went down. it's embarrassin. how is that fair for the customer.

We pulled into this Chevrolet dealership and Doug, a sales associate walked us back to the parts department to see if they could help us. They went out of there way on a busy end of the day to help us. Since they didn't have our tire in stock they switched our damaged tire with a spare at no cost. The service manager and mechanic were so helpful and made sure we were safe to proceed. They also provided connections we could check for my size tire. Thank you for your kindness!

The initial interaction was spoken with me in Spanish and I had to confirm I called the right place, he couldn't even tell me the name of the business. Then he had that tone that I don't know what I'm talking about because I'm a woman. He started lecturing me on how to find a car shop and why they don't give estimates(which is very odd because most places do that) and the price of the estimate is added into the price they charge(doesn't logically make sense because if you frequently do the service, it's within a price range). From that interaction, I have no confidence in their ability to put their hands on my car. The recommendation I'll take from you is that I definitely take my business elsewhere.

In typical used car salesman methodology, he tried his best to confuse us with the numbers and crying about how they had done soooo much work to update this car. Bottom line, we bought the car and headed home to find that one of the interior door panels was cracked and broken. I asked if they would help us in any way to remedy the situation. They sent me to a Lexus dealer to see if it was under warranty. It was not. I asked if they could help me out with any portion of the costly repair. They would not. It was my fault for not checking every inch of that car AND having a mechanic check that car before purchasing. They could have offered some support to help me fix the broken panel. My lesson learned is to "never trust a used car salesman".
