I love this spots because it caters to both the authentic and American Tex Mex pallet through its offerings. The only downside is that there is not an authentic house made mole dish which I am a sucker for! My go to dish is the Enchiladas Americanas with shredded chicken....I know I know, I just said I prefer authentic but who doesn't love a little American queso cheese sauce on their dish??? What enhances the dish is the green and red salsa that both have amazing flavors and you can tell they are made from scratch in house. The red is my go to because the flavor is very homey and comforting but when I want a bit of a kick I get green! The service is always great and welcoming. As to the tacos, they were tasty but not especially well filled, and a lot of what was in the filling was cheese and those awful red onions. The tortillas are made in house and were excellent. Glad we stopped in, but would not revisit, not a very good value in what we had. The 3 rating is mainly for the salsa and the tortillas.
