This is not the La fiesta of old. Staff was less attentive the prices were different. When I asked for a side of sour cream that I used to get in a small bowl now is just a ramekin but the price was the same. The food came out with the plat hotter than the food. My wife asked for mild sauce that for years came out warm and in a bowl. She got a small togo tiny sauce cup and cold. She said the owner no longer allows the warm bowls of sauce. I was also told that things you used to ask for no longer are welcome. I guess they don't think the customer is right anymore. So pick a better place to go where you can get what you want instead of being told no we don't do that anymore. read more

Got there 5 waitress standing around ask for my tea took 10 minutes to get placed a order cheesey chicken quesadilla 2 of them bring them to the table no cheese then wanted to argue with me said you didn't say that ok out off tea I ask can I get some more tea looked at me like I had messed her day up 2 times before that was good I would get rid of everyone poor service never go there again read more

This location is not consistent. Sometimes food tastes freshly cooked, other time barely warmed over. Sometimes staff is nice, other times annoyed. Can't wait for Burlington location to open back up! read more

Well into 7 years I've been coming to this restaurant. In my honest opinion, you will not find better authentic Mexican food anywhere within a 20 mile radius. Having lived in Texas for over 23 years, I have had some of the best Mexican food you can eat. La Fiesta is exactly that. You must try. read more

We always frequent this location. Good service and food is good. Tonight I went in, was boxing up food and knocked over my new margarita they had just brought me. Asked for another or to take it off the check. I cleaned the mess up and there was still half a margarita left AFTER it split everywhere. They wouldn't do it. I've worked in the service industry for years and know YES you can. I was told "it's already in the system so I can't" BS. Yes you can. So over a simple margarita and poor management, you've lost my family as customers. read more

Placed order tonight. Not a hard order. The lady taking the order had a very hard time understanding what I wanted. I understand sometimes things are lost in communication so I repeated what I wanted and she repeated back to me. Went to pick it up 20 minutes later and only had one side instead of the two I asked for. She added it and got it real quick. When I got home, we were missing an item that we paid for (ACP) . This was 8:20 when we realized this. I tried to call them to let them know of the issue and the phone was off the hook for 40 minutes!!!! Until they closed at 9. Fantastic Mexican cuisine in the heart of Graham NC. It was delicious from beginning to end. Chips and salsa- delicious Beef burrito- delicious Beef enchilada- delicious Rice- delicious Beans- delicious I went in a group of five, everyone cleaned their plates so I'm assuming they thought their food was just as delicious as myself. Food is okay but service is not good for takeout. For the second time, they got our order wrong. After driving back to get correct order no offer of any comp for the inconvenience. Food was cold when we get back home with it. We are very disappointed and this will be our last time ordering from this restaurant. At $40 for two dinners, this is not acceptable. I visit this area all the time and cannot believe I have not visited here before. The food was cooked to perfection, well seasoned and had great flavor. The chips and salsa were very tasty. The Tacos al Carbon remind me of tacos I had in Mexico. My husband had the Tacos Al Pastor and said they were amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Everyone in our party of eight ate every single thing off the plate. Will definitely visit again when we are in town. read more

My husband and I went to this particular La Fiesta b/c we live in Graham, NC. We assumed it would be fantastic like the one on South Church Street in Burlington, NC. WRONG! I could not believe the difference in the 2 restaurants. Our food was almost not there, meaning it was so little food on the plate, it could have fit on a saucer. I swear, when they brought my husband's burrito supreme, I looked at his plate and said..."They forgot to put your burrito on there!" The little lady said..."Burrito under rice." WHERE? It was the smallest burrito I have ever seen! My food was so skimpy, it was almost comical. Don't be thirsty when you go in either. I got sweet tea with a couple of ice cubes and had to flag down the waitress for a refill and we were the only 2 people in the entire restaurant! Horrible experience. Never again! read more

We arrived to the restaurant and were seated immediately. Before I had the opportunity to sit down the server asked for our order???! We've never visited this restaurant and had no clue what was on the menu. I asked for her to give us a few minutes to review the menu. She left and didn't return. We waited for over twenty minutes and watched her pass by our table several times with what seemed like no intention to return. Finally, a man who appeared to be in charge noticed we had been sitting there for some time and asked if he could help. He tracked down our original server to take our order. The food came out shortly after. The kids seemed happy with their meals but the meat in my meal tasted very unusual and just didn't blend with the rest of the ingredients. After we finished eating, we waited a lengthy amount of time until we were successful in flagging the server down. She seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by us from the start. When we arrived, the restaurant was close to 25% full and there were more than enough servers floating around from a service standpoint. If you plan on dining here, know what you want to order before you arrive or be prepared for bad service. read more
