This lounge is located in the terminal only for US depertures. I came around Friday 5pm when it was packed, had to enroll in the waitlist first. Luckily my turn came within 5 minutes. Check-in process was simple, just had show my membership in the app. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon entering found that the lounge was really small. Probably held about 50-60 guests.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Most of the tables were in the back side of the lounge. The small bar was right in front of the entrance. On the left side of they had few more couches and booths. The food station had few dishes and salads. Drink station had soda dispenser and coffee machines. The dessert station was near the entrance. It wasn't surprising at all that they were at max capacity. I was really pleased with the food they served. The rice was so good, it had such nice aroma. The chicken was also delicious. I got multiple servings of both of them. The tap beer was also good. Staff members were working hard to keep restocking the station while also cleaning up all the tables with left over dishes and glasses. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Despite the limited crowded space and messy stations, I was glad to find this lounge for some quick meal and drinks since this terminal has such limited choices, and most of them are mediocre.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd be at this lounge every time now when I am traveling thru this terminal in Pearson.

Probably one of the worst lounges I've been to. It's really not worth burning a pass if you aren't in business class already. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Basic lounge is extremely tiny. Probably one of the tiniest I've ever seen in the world.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food is not that good overall and the wait times are long in general. Their coffee also is terrible and the chicken was super dry. However, one positive point was food was halal for those who require that. Service workers were kind but very busy so service was slow. Wouldn't recommend. Makes the maple leaf lounge feel like a resort in comparison.

First off, there are several plaza premium lounges at YYZ. My review is for terminal 3 international. There are two other terminal three Plaza premium lounges, domestic and US transborder. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The international terminal three Plaza premium lounge is quite large, however, it is also quite full.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There are limited selection of food and alcoholic drinks. There are more selection, but you will have to pay extra. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The seating options are comfortable with plush and roomy single sofa chairs with coffee table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's an option to use a shower. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everything is clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Overall: C // 3 stars A small lounge located right after security for the Canadian domestic travel area of the Toronto airport. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The spacing is extremely tight, with almost every seat being filled at all times given the small space and ease of access via Priority Pass.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In spite of this, I was impressed by even their limited selection of food, as their curry fish of the day was extremely tender and comforting depth of flavor to pair with their fragrantly fluffed rice. The bar also has one beer on tap and a selected feature of exclusive hard alc like vodka that is surprisingly not difficult to palette. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would categorize this as a bare minimum lounge with comped food that helps make it easier for you to get to your next destination, but does not necessarily decrease the stress of airport travel or make me want to go out of my way to come to this lounge again[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] -- [[HIGHLIGHT]]other Plaza Premium lounges not part of priority pass such as the one in Dubai is much more spacious, for example.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food: +1 Drinks: E Access: E Atmosphere: -1 Service: E Amenities: E Overall: 3 stars Insta/Beli/Yelp/TikTok: @amei_eats

This lounge is very tiny with high traffic, This location is for passengers flying to the United States. Our experience was not great! The staff were very nice, however the lounge is under staffed and didn't not have any premium wifi working inside!!! There is only a select list of free alcohol to choose from that's complimentary. No reasonable amount of A/C blowing in the rooms with additional seating. There needs to be adjustments made here !!!

Food quality and selections are decent for a quick bite, but can't compare to the wide selections you get from Asian Lounges. In a busy Sunday, it's mainly used as a place for quick bite. The set up is functional, no relaxing atmosphere as compared to other airport lounges Free soft drinks, water refills, coffee and espresso, and juices are available in the drink station area. In a separate station, there are pretzels, chips, cookies, bread, and soup. There is a bar for alcohol drinks. Tip: On a Sunday, around noon, the place was at capacity, so they were letting people in when others leave. We waited about 15 minutes before getting in, so plan to arrive early if possible.

Absolute garbage. We paid for 3 hours during a 6 plus hour layover in Toronto. Single biggest waste of money ever! Food was basic, worse than anywhere else in the airport...[[HIGHLIGHT]]and the accommodation...I'll let the pictures speak for us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Can we leave ZERO stars?

We were between flights headed to Venice, Italy. We had several hours to kill and this served as a great spot to do just that. Upon check-in, you can hang out and relax with food and beverages and of course free wi-fi. Avoid peak time if possible and come before lunch hour when it does get busy. We came on the tail end of lunch, and experienced just a quick wait. Lounge isn't that large and not a big variety of food but good enough to fill you until your next meal. They have coffee, tea, finger foods, and select alcoholic beverages. Staff is friendly and quick to clean up.

The lounge is small but is enough if you intend to grab a bite or drink coffee prior to your flight. Food was good. I like the beet salad. The staff are warm and welcoming.

Really embarrassing. Plaza premium lounge serve hotel free breakfast quality food. Food was warm. Horrible quality. It's dirty as hell. If I need to pay a price to eat this crap I rather spend the money to eat at the food vendor within the terminal. I think this is the worst airport lounge food in the world.

The wait was about 20 minutes, which was reasonable. However, once inside, it was difficult to find a seat due to how packed it was. The hot food selection was very disappointing, and I honestly can't believe people pay $$$ for this level of service. The offerings included frozen basa fillet in a coconut-based sauce, overcooked chow mein, mayo-heavy coleslaw, and frozen chicken dumplings--overall worse than a decent food court meal, or even an average airplane meal. I understand that a domestic lounge may cater to short-stay travelers, but since international passengers are also being accommodated here, there should be a wider variety and better quality of hot food options.

The menu does change so it's really a crapshoot what you get. Some days definitely better than other for people's taste. Since the selection is rather limited it really is up to chance. The plus is there a quite a few outlets and a variety of types of seats so there definitely is choice. Overall, it's rather mediocre.

Lounging is better than waiting at the gate…read more Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge is a Star Alliance lounge where eligible passengers can wait for their flights up to 3 hours ahead of departure. The lounge has multiple seating areas as well as a small buffet station, several drink stations, a TV seating area and showers for those looking to refresh ahead of connecting flights. Food selection included just a few pasta choices, grilled chicken, salad and soup along with some cookies and cake. Nothing special. For drinks, there were a variety of alcohols, some juices and pop. It's a place where many passengers grabbed a small bite before their flights. The staff were slow at taking away used plates. For seating, many passengers gathered around the lounge area that was showing the ball game. However many seats were directed perpendicular to the TV screen, especially those few with charging stations or receptacles to recharge. This lounge feels somewhat dated and became fairly crowded later in the afternoon. Skip it or hit it? Relax here pre-flight if you already have access but don't go out of your way to pay for the cafeteria grade food otherwise.

I was also half dead with a cold and trying my best to hide it so they'd let me through the gates. First thing I noticed was that sleek, shiny, lounge-y atmosphere. Damn, this place looks like a hotel and was beautiful. Small, but with shiny wooden decor and large windows that looked out onto the runway. Off to one corner was a discreet area for a shower. This must be where the frequent flying elite brush up. I sat at one of the comfortable seats and just stared outside until I had to go. Blissful. One of the main benefits of the lounge is of course, free food and refreshments. I'm guessing they rotate through different international fare. That day, I was only up for something soupy because I was sick. Luckily for me, they had laksa noodles. Even more luckily for me, I found it very tasty. Sipping away at my laksa and unlimited earl grey tea certainly helped put me to sleep for 8 hours straight on the plane ride afterwards. Yes, there were more people than I thought there would be. Yes, there were a surprising amount of families and kids. But this isn't some 18+, extra exclusive lounge. If I have my family with me and earned/paid my way into the lounge, what am I gonna do? Leave my kids outside? I happened across a previous review that starts with: "It blows my mind when I see 4 and 5 star ratings for this lounge. Have you never been to another lounge before?" No, Jordan. I haven't. Because I'm a broke af young adult that just finished paying off college debts, goddammit. Chill. Let me enjoy your privilege for once. (17/100) - 2018

The moment we cleared security, it felt like we stumbled upon a traveller's haven. The lounge is right after security, which is a blessing when you just want to drop your bags and relax. The space is enormous, with ample seating, and it never felt cramped even with a steady flow of guests. Whether you're a solo traveller or wrangling a group, there's a spot for everyone. Now, let's talk food and drinks, because that's where this lounge truly soars. The menu was extensive (and yes, I regret not snapping photos for proof!), but every dish we tried was delicious. We kicked things off with a tomato basil soup that was so good it could make you forget about your flight delays. For mains, the lemon pepper fish, chicken in curry, rice, fresh greens, and assorted desserts hit the spot beautifully--comfort food done right. Drinks are a treat too: I enjoyed a Great Lakes beer, which is part of their complimentary selection, though if you want to indulge in the finer spirits, be prepared to pay a little extra. A small note for fellow travellers: wait times can stretch during rush hours. We had to scan a QR code to join the waitlist, but honestly, the reception staff run the place like a well-oiled machine. From managing the line to the smooth entry process, everything was systematic and stress-free--a rare sight in any airport. All in all, this lounge turned our layover into a mini vacation. Great food, an inviting atmosphere, and staff who know how to keep things moving make this spot worth every minute of the wait. As the saying goes, good things come to those who wait--and in this case, they come with curry, craft beer, and a comfy seat.

However, I see other people's photos and the interiors don't match either! I am currently flying international so I thought this was an international lounge. After I left the lounge, I discovered another Plaza Premium lounge near gate C31). So I asked the staff there. They said they were the official International lounge and I was in the Domestic lounge! So it appears Domestic and International departures have no security barrier between them, just the US departures have a secuirty barrier due to their advanced customs clearance at the Toronto airport. People using the lounge passes from credit cards are limited to 2 hours of use. You can pre-book your entry time if you wish for US$9/person. When you enter the lounge, you have to show your complimentary passes or purchase them. There is also a self-serve entry kiosk. The lounge looked clean. There are a few attendants picking up finished dishes and cleaning tables. We arrived at 07:00 with their breakfast service. There is plenty of options. There are 5 hot dishes (sausage, scrambled egg, potato wedges, baked beans, and egg burrito), oatmeal, salad (balsamic vinaigrette is available), cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, cereal, bakery items (bagel, bread, muffin), pop machine, and hot drinks machine. I like their milk hot chocolate. The latte was missing milk! The oatmeal is very watery and bland. There are 4 toppings but it didn't include brown sugar. The bar (for alcoholic beverages) opened before 08:00. All food and drinks are self-serve except for the alcohol. There are condiments. However, the condiment bottles/containers are with the food section, so i had to go back twice to put some pepper on my food; they don't have little pepper/salt packages. There are tables and counter seating for eating food, lounge chairs, etc. There is free WiFi. The lounge is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washroom and they are wheelchair accessible. Review 2026-112
