Unless you travel a lot internationally and to certain airports and you have done your research beforehand than maybe it is worth it. We once flew from Paris to Vancouver and the lounge was on the other side of the airport and we were not able to use it. If you are flying from Toronto to Vancouver which is domestic Canada flight than again, you are out of luck. Majority of the time, I am not able to use my passes. This is definitely not worth the hype or even the price of getting the Priority Pass. The pass is useless and plus it took up space in my wallet which I am not very happy about. read more

This place is awful. There is an odd smell. The food is terribly unappetizing. Carpet is absolutely filthy. Staff seem to hate their jobs.

One of the perks of being an American Express Platinum member. Convenient location just after clearing domestic security and quiet place to relax and wait for your flight. Food selection is better than most lounges and they change it up so it's not always the same stuff every time. I find the selection better than other lounges and quality is good. It's has some divided areas and breaks up the lounge so it doesn't get as loud as in some lounges when it's full. read more

We used our passes to get breakfast while waiting for our flight. First off, the app that you need to download now won't allow you to log in. So you are then charged $90.00 for two people. Needless to say, you now have very limited options: self serve coffee / juice. Hot breakfast was, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, brown beans. I asked is that it and they said, it is what they are mandated to serve. They had some salad and desserts -- it's 6:30 am. You are not charged for drinks post COVID so don't expect a free bottle of water to put in your knapsack. Also the cloth seats by the windows are all stained and disgusting looking. Very disappointing and will be calling for a refund. Use the food court instead. read more

This lounge suckS. It's only gone downhill lately too, which is a total bummer. Definitely not worth paying out of pocket. The staff has been straight up rude this visit. There's nearly no food and they got a new coffee machine but it makes like 1/4 of the drinks and no mocha options. (Or maybe it's broken). The old coffee machine was wayyyy better. The bus lady just reached over me, didn't utter a single word took my mug, which had water in it, dumped it in her tray then dragged her cart into my carry on leather bag snagging it. Zero consideration. Didn't even make eye contact with me to acknowledge she just ran over my bag. There's so much room- there's no need for her to bang into my bag at my feet. The front desk "supervisor" didn't even say good morning when I said good morning to her, she just looked at me and said "boarding pass". Totally disappointing read more

General Information. Priority Pass is a membership that allows you to access airport lounges all over the world regardless of the airline you fly and the ticket class purchased. What this means is that for the frequent traveller who appreciates having a lounge to work/sleep/relax, this is a great membership to have. There are 3 levels and I currently have the Prestige Membership at $399 USD per year. This level gains entry to all lounges with no fee and one additional guest can join at $27 USD per visit. Terminal 3 International Flight Departures - Toronto Pearson The Priority Pass lounge at Terminal 3 also shares the lounge with Plaza Premium and American Express (Platinum and Centurion cardholders only). There are several Plaza Premium/Priority Pass/Amex lounges in Terminal 3, but the one I went to was close to gate C32. This lounge is very large and comfortable, and the day my parents and I utilized, it was empty. We were duly impressed and found it better than the Maple Leaf lounge. There are comfortable cushy lounge chairs that line the wall overlooking the airplanes as well as ample desks to eat/work, 4 computer stations with free internet (one hooked up to a printer), luggage storage, and bathrooms (this lounge did not have shower facilities). There is a wide variety of food (hot and cold) and for our visit, they had a rendition of Beef Stroganoff, steamed potatoes and vegetables and fried rice. The lounge also had a salad and cereal bar, bread station and dessert varieties (cookies, muffins, fruits). The drink selection was equally large with white and red wines, aperitifs, beers and liqueurs (I started my vacation with a spicy Bloody Ceasar...woo hoo!) Standard water and juices are of course available. All in all, this is a great lounge and I will definitely be using my Priority Pass more often. I find that out of all the PP lounges accessed, the one in Pearson's Terminal 3 is the better of the lot (yeah Pearson for once)! For travelers who frequently purchase Business/First class tickets, than this membership would be moot as lounges are a part of the ticket. Overall, a great membership to have. FYI. This lounge also accepts non-membership guests (single entry) at a price. 2 hours duration is $30 CDN and 3 hours is $35 CDN - this is not a bad price considering all the amenities (including free Wi-fi and plenty of outlets to charge your laptop/iPad). No reservations are required for membership - just pop-in and check-in at the counter. Tip. Some airports require passengers to pass through security check first then you can access the lounge (like at Pearson). At other airports, you have to access the lounge first then check-in at the security station (which means you are at your gate like at the Athens International Airport). Just be warned because we made the mistake of passing through the security check in Athens thinking we could access the lounge after, however, it meant that we were outside our gate for 4 hours. The lounge was before the security check. Keep an eye open. read more

Gate 32C in terminal 3 is brand spanking new. This is one of the nicest lounges I have ever been to. The food is decent, but the size and comfort level are fantastic. I don't care for the free stuff, as much as I like a quite place to relax before flying. Check out the pictures I posted, then visit the lounge. This review is for the lounge at terminal #3 for domestic departure. It is located between gate B23 and B24 For US$27, what does one get from this Plaza Premium Lounge? Quiet and relaxing environment, comfortable sofa, window views, free and fast internet connection, reading materials, clean bathroom that is not utilitarian, and all you can eat food and drink. I like the big windows and spacious seating the most. The alcohol selection is, in one word, unexciting: 2 red wines, 2 white wines, 1 domestic beer, 1 imported beer, a few liquors/spirits. I had a glass of red wine. It tasted like cheap table wine. Hot food was self served: 1 hot entrée with 2 or 3 sides. There were 2 hot soups. The hot entrée was thankfully normal food. Regardless of how little some thought of the hot food, it was better than the food in food courts outside of the lounge. Dessert selection was symbolic, meaning it was there just so the management could say there was dessert, yet it was merely one step above Jelly-O. I won't suggest you to pay that kind of money if all you want is some food, and one hour of internet usage. If you want a quiet environment and a comfortable sofa for a long wait, this fits the bill. Prior to boarding our return trip from CABO in December, we decided to visit the Priority Pass lounge while waiting for our flight. Before entering the lounge, and with 2 toddlers in tow, we asked the people at reception what the charges would be. They told us we would only be charged for 1 guest, so we went in. I was surprised to find on my AMEX statement that I had been charged for 3 guests. I have filed my complaint but received no willingness from Priority Pass to stand behind their employees.....extremely disappointing! read more

Adequate but not exceptional. Yes they have a self serving bar as well as hot and cold foods. It's comfortable and serves its purpose but the food is not exceptional and you don't have a barista like other locations. I asked a staff if they had club soda and she took a look in the fridge and said no we have tonic water only. I strongly suggest avoiding the purchase of a Priority Pass card. I have been turned away from an Air Canada Lounge in Los Angeles and an Alaska Air Lounge in Anchorage in the last week. Both lounges posted identical signs at their entrance to the effect that the Priority Pass Members are not granted access to the lounges due to size limitations. What good is it to pay for a product that cannot be used? I called Priority Pass and asked for a refund. They refused my request. Again, avoid Priority Pass. If you want to reliably gain admission to a lounge, find something other than Priority Pass. read more

I got a free priority pass with my World Elite MasterCard. My wife, my 10 year old daughter and myself went into the lounge at Toronto International Airport to check it out. In my pamphlet, it said the regular price for entry was $27/person. So, I'm figuring we should be able to get a good breakfast and sit down in a quiet spot with my family. Ha! I can't even describe how bad it was. It was a buffet style help yourself style. There wasn't one thing fresh there. I ended up having fruit loops and a yogurt. The best is, I get home to see they charged my credit card $39. I called them up... waited on hold for over half hour. Apparently, because we were only allowed 2 people (my wife and I) they charged me for my 10-year-old daughter... So my daughter was charged $39 for a piece of toast that she only ate half of. Apparently, even though I'm in Canada... the pass was sent to me in Canada from a Canadian credit card... the charge was in US funds. A Breakfast in Mcdonalds would have been 50 times better and 10 times cheaper. What a joke. Stay far far away. read more

This review is for the Terminal 1 domestic lounge located on the same level as security. I have access with my Amex card so I don't have to pay per use. The lounge has hot food, self serve drinks and is generally comfortable. My most recent experience was poor. The counter staff was surly and had some attitude going. The food area was not being cleaned so dirty plates etc from previous guests sitting around. Coffee machine was out of service and the televisions weren't working. If I had paid to enter I would have requested a refund. I will complain to Amex and PP so hopefully they will take action to improve the quality of this particular lounge. read more

I've been to this lounge on several different occasions - sometimes traveling alone and other times with my family. Regardless of occasion the longe overall is very poor. More charging stations are needed throughout the lounge. The food was not good - I suggest eating somewhere else. There are 3 assorted hot dishes - protein, veggie and starch - meh, it will fill the void and thats it. Very little selection. The lounge furniture is not great - needs an update. Booze should be available 24/7 - when I travel on different time zones I could care less at local time - if I want a drink at 5am local time, thats when I want a drink. The lounge is quite small and most times overcrowded. When traveling with my family it's hard to find a place we can all sit together. This lounge needs a major overhaul and new menu. read more

This is a pretty terrible lounge. Bad food, limited alcohol selection, dirty furniture and generally gross environment. I have a Priority Pass membership -- which is great for accessing lounges around the world -- but always use the MLL at Pearson when possible. read more

After signing up, when I tried to use the pass no airport lounge that had been listed on the Priority Pass website would accept the pass, hence an advertising problem. They refused to refund me citing their contract terms and then when I asked to speak to a manager I was disconnected. Buyer beware. read more

Priority pass lounges are not worth the space they occupy! We used it on a recent trip and were so disgusted, that we will never use it again! When we entered the lounge the attendant took my card which allows free access, then charged my credit card $27 dollars each. The lounge has nice chairs, tv.s etc, but the food part was so disgusting, that it made us sick. The food prisoners get in jail is better than what they serve. Hard poached eggs, lousy coffee, sausages with bone fragments in them, and cereal? The sandwiches they had were absolutely disgusting. Processed cheese sandwiches,and tuna fish were all they had. They locked the fridge so we couldn't get pop or beer, Service was also pitiful. Two persons came around after many dishes were laying around, and asked if it was our first time.
