They used one wrong fuse and forgot the other fuse.... It literally killed my controls. The Dealership said we found the problem, who ever installed your camera didn't know what they were doing.... This place is freaking horrible..... What ever you do don't go here......

The guy lied and said all the tires were almost completely worn and we should replace them all (we had driven 15,000 miles). We declined. Replaced 2 tires. Since then all 4 tires have gone flat repeatedly. Yesterday I found out they improperly sealed all my tires. All 4 tires were done incorrectly. Will never bring my car to Monken again. Will never recommend them. They just want money and to rip you off. Completely disgusted that they ruined all my tires.

Seriously, the gap between Evansville and Mt Vernon is desolate. I kept driving until I made it to Mt Vernon, and called AAA who recommended these guys. I assumed it was my alternator, and after they checked the alternator was in fact the issue. I was worried that this temporary hang up was going to mess up my vacation plans, but they made sure it did not. Got the new alternator and replaced it all on a late Friday afternoon and I was back on the road. Was it cheap? I don't know. I hadn't had an alternator put in a vehicle in a long time. I mean, everything seems high to me. But it was exactly what I needed when I needed it, and I'd have paid up for that anyway. So, for the speed and timeliness of the job, it was worth it to me.
