She took the time to answer my questions, point me in the right direction, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It's refreshing to receive such genuine, attentive service these days. My doctor filled my prescriptions there to try to save me some money . Next time I'll just pay more to go to cvs . I called this am to see if they were ready since I'm not a regular customer I don't get notified that they are ... Amber answered the phone . Very short , huffing before I could even finish my sentence she interrupted and said I just need your name and dob.... Well ok . She couldn't hear my dob a couple of times so I repeated it louder and clearer which seemed to set her . When I came in only one lady with er at counter and I went down a middle aisle that seemed to be right , but apparently I was not standing in the right spot , and with my luck ...the cashier was Amber ... who very rudely told me I was not standing in right spot . So I said I apologize it's my first time here ... went to right spot , the lady left , so I walked up .. no sign saying "don't walk up !!!" And she started answering the phone and said "I wasn't ready for you so you'll have to wait "... WOW... I tried apologizing again feeling like the biggest a hole ... she then mumbled after she got off of one call "Jesus people " like she hates her job so much . I feel bad for her . I've switched all of prescriptions out of Rite Aid except for this one and there is always a problem. They can't ever get the Rx coupons to go through but all of the other pharmacy's don't have a problem. They put Rx back before the allotted time you have. I thought instead of wasting these 30 min of my life because rx was put back I'd pick up a few things. Shelves are empty..literally empty!! They deny that they're shutting down but they might as well. Worst place in town!!

After Rite Aid closed in Grass Valley Unfortunately I…read more started going to Walgreens in Grass valley. Which was the biggest mistake ever. It took me an hour and 45 minutes. I have a bad hip with no where to sit. I thought I was going to pass out. Now thankfully all my prescriptions are delivered to me from an online pharmacy. But now when I try to get refills for my one prescription, I picked up the one time at Walgreens for my much needed diabetic sensors. WALGREENS is still filling it and preventing my online pharmacy to send them to me Walgreens have not taken me out of their computer for over two years I requested it. so this is pretty frustrating !!! So unprofessional clueless and no-one knows their job .....the pharmacist knew nothing. It's a waste of time I would never recommend them. I RATE 0.

Now I try to call in my prescription and talk to someone but NO-ONE ever answers the phone. I call within their new business hours 9-6 M-F, and can never speak to anyone. So I go in the store to go to the drop off window, oh guess what that's now shut down and everyone has to wait in one line, which was half way across the store. I am very disappointed in this pharmacy and many others in our town are as well. Due to these ongoing issues I have switched pharmacies and I suggest others do too!!!
