Despite multiple requests over several months, they also failed to add our trust to the policy, and when it was finally added, the trustee information was entered incorrectly. Overall, the experience involved repeated errors, lack of responsiveness, and an unwillingness to resolve issues. Ultimately, we changed our broker, and we are very happy with the new broker.
