Such as free refills on popcorn and soda. Large popcorn and extra large soda for $19.50, ticket price adults $8. Was charged for my 11yo son as an adult. (Didn't realize til later) Sad to say I will not return here. Chairs were updated comfy but too tall for anyone under 5' 10", anyone shorter will struggle seeing over the chair infront of them. Nice sound system, projector, theater had a little AC duct overhead false ceiling damage.

The menus around the mall shows an entrance on the street level. When we got there is was not open. I has to climb the stairs to get to the next floor. I am 3 months out of a total knee replacement, the stairs were not fun. The theater is not handicap friendly either. They do have wide aisles and the seat are wide as well. The seat cushions need to be worked on, my seat was wonky and uncomfortable. As always the popcorn was hot and fresh and the drinks were refreshing.

When I arrived I was greeted by an employee who verified my ticket and told me where I'd find the auditorium where the movie would be showing. I was happy to see how clean the theater was. The auditorium was also clean and the reclining seats were comfy. My friend got a beer at the bar and we were impressed with the size and price. I didn't order any concessions this visit but I'll be sure to come back for the full experience.

My husband and I came here during one of their matinee hours for the Gladiator movie. Even though they were clearly understaffed, the folks working there made their best to make sure we were always good. I know the waiter working our room was also on other two, so I give him major props for keeping up with all of us. I was unable to order my tickets online. My gift cards showed a balance, but couldn't be used for checkout for unknown reasons. No worries, I'll just go with a less frequented movie that I don't wanna see as much, and wait in your lobby to order tickets for some random poor seats, like we used to do in the old-fashioned days. Once seated the gift cards can't be used to order food. For some reason, Drafthouse requires a credit card to do so within their app. But, you can leave your movie 20 minutes in, and order food from the lobby, and never see the waiter again for things such as refills on drinks or allegedly unlimited popcorn. I won't be buying Drafthouse gift cards from Costco again, because as far as I can tell, they're just some sort of Ponzi scheme to collect my credit card number, name, and other pertinent details. But, I don't think I'll be attending Drafthouse again at all, because gift cards aside their entire thing was providing you a waiter and getting your food during your movie, and they've managed to mess that up entirely.

Cheap concessions, cheap tickets, minimal ads, and a good display. I love a cute local theater and it's great to see them show the big movies in a small theater. I went tonight with my parents, who were given a box seat, to see Toy Story 5. Upon arrival, we were escorted to our seats in the box and given a menu. The usher got us our popcorn and drinks and was attentive. The popcorn is that classic popcorn I love, and it was a great price for the tub. Tickets typically are $9, and the concessions prices aren't too shabby either. For 3 drinks and the popcorn tub, it was $20, which is a steal compared to your majors. The seats are very comfortable, a little tall so it's harder to see if you are on the shorter side. They do have bins that can be placed on the seats as a booster but I'd bring a pillow or something instead, it would be more comfortable. It's been awhile since I've been to this theater and remembered that the reclining seats weren't as comfortable as Alamo Drafthouse's. Well I think they had a remodel since then because the seats were very cushiony, seemed newer as the seats weren't worn down and the width of the seats and spacing between seats seemed ample enough that you're not going to bump your neighbor. The tray tables are also well-placed so that your table isn't impeding your view. I think it was well-designed. It was a smaller theater with only 5 rows but the terraced rows were low enough that someone walking in the lower row won't impede your view as well. The theater wasn't super cold as some places are where I'm using a hoodie and jacket in the middle of summer. Folks in line and around us still brought their blankets, LOL! To note, there's a $5 Santikos ticket deal where you can buy these tickets during the last few showings of a featured movie. They're only available for purchase at the theater according to the onscreen ad. Concession stands are downstairs and there's a bar. The screen showed a clip where you can order your food and have it brought to you for a small service fee. There was also a message of knowing where to exit and being vigilant with your surroundings or something to that effect. It's always good to be street-smart these days. After the movie, we exited and there was a Sheriff's Deputy that was outside and looking at his phone. I figured he was going to be on guard today or perhaps the weekend since a major world event occurred today that I expected ramped up security in public places.

They started up setting up their equipment at La Tuna, but also set up at the Pearl, Hemisfair, SAMA, and other places around town. The city has a deal with them this summer where you can see a bunch of free movies. They were putting on a James Bond film series, every week with a different movie. When you go check out their movies, generally you can take your own blankets, food, drinks, chairs, etc. There's no bad seat in the house, since the screen is so big! I love what these guys are doing to make new use of public spaces around SA to turn any park into a movie theater! SA has so many pleasant evenings, it's a great way to get outdoors and still catch up on a movie.

Upon walking into the theatre we were greeted with a smile and got our tickets that we bought online. No QR codes for fandango purchases. They look it up using the confirmation code and then print out tickets for you. Arrive early if you buy on Fandango. The guy at the concessions just stared at us when it was our turn to order and were waiting in line. It seemed as if he was ready to take our order. So we just walked up and told him what we want. Luckily he was ready to take the order since he gave u our food. It was an odd interaction to say the least. Maybe he was having a bad day? We won't return due to all this.
