    Rangoons

Lovely spot in Bozeman!!! This spot is more pricey than most of the other places we stopped in Bozeman. Loved the old fashioneds though. The crab Rangoons were $19 and there was 4 of them--they were delicious though!!! After a long day of hiking in Yellowstone, getting engaged and driving back to our hotel here, we stopped for a celebratory drink. Our server noticed we were giggling over the ring and asked if we just got engaged and we said yes! And she was pretty distant afterwards. It was just interesting. Otherwise, a great experience and recommend stopping by!

We visited for Happy Hour and I ordered the Ploughman's platter. It was served with 3 types of cured meat, 3 types of cheese, cornichons, whole grain mustard, jam and warm bread. It was delicious. The employees working behind the bar were very helpful and friendly. The bar drinks were also good. Would love to give this place another try.

We were able to secure a table outside and it was divine! We placed an order for the meat and cheese platter and 2 flank steak salads- with beets, pickled onions, candied walnuts, radicchio and a nice creamy dressing. The cheese on the platter was great. I wish there was an option to choose the cheese as I could have done without the blue cheese. However the meats were great and it's served with warmed bread. The salads were amazing, my only concern is that they serve a half a head of butter lettuce with the stalk attached. It's kinda inedible but overall the taste of the salad was great.

We stopped by for a mini dinner consisting of a spread of appetizers. We had no reservations for a Sunday night but we were able to sit down right away at the bar. The restaurant/bar has a great atmosphere - the bartender mentioned the wall behind the bar was the original I believe and it had all the local ranches logo on it - so cool! We ordered the Bison Flank Steak Salad, Fried Chicken Skewers, and Crispy Pork Belly. The Bison Flank was cooked a perfect medium and the greens were fresh and crispy while the ricotta was creamy. Fried Chicken Skewers were yummy, they didn't have a huge layer of breading on the outside which was nice. I have been enjoying seeing pork belly on more restaurants lately, this pork belly was a great mix of savory and sweet! I would recommend giving Plonk a shot, they have a decent assortment of liquor and the menu is fresh/uses local products!

A fun little wine bar right on Main Street! I love popping in for a glass of wine or a delicious bite to eat.

Excellent food and decent wine selection with some interesting cocktails. Love the layout on the inside with the brick and the outdoor seating options tucked in the back are great on a nice day. Again the food pairing are amazing, check out the menu here https://plonkwine.com/plonk-food/ Bottom line is this is great place to have a drink and a bite with your spouse.

This place has been so carefully curated (my bf said Zoolander vibes but I haven't watched - sue me!) to give very upscale chic ny vibes but I walked in in hokas and a big sweatshirt after a roadtrip and had a fab time. Didn't get the name of my waitress but she was great, she had a bandana. The food so good. The sweet potato gnocchi tasted like my childhood and I had a ratatouille ™ moment. The drinks were exquisite. Also after living in Jackson not even expensive. They switch to happy hour menu at the 10:30 but there's food on there too that looked great (plus the vg cheesecake was on it which was great)

Spacious couches and lounge areas mixed with bar seating and smaller high top tables makes this a great spot for groups big or small. Can't imagine any circumstance where a party wouldn't feel welcome here or appreciate the layout. Service was great - all the bartenders dress "on brand" and able to make suggestions while ensuring our drinks stayed as full as we wanted them too (but also totally good with us just being low key) Pro tip: They allegedly have the best grilled cheese and tomato soup in Bozeman, so guess I'll have to go back for that. One downside? They need to change their name! I can NEVER remember it and neither can my friends. Makes it less memorable in a spot that would otherwise be high on the list!

I hate to compare but it's crazy how different two places can be in the same hotel. The service here was abysmal. We came at the end of someone's set and it wasn't that crowded in the bar but almost every single table was dirty, with empty glasses on them. There seemed to be one bartender and another person helping. That person literally just stood there talking to people instead of cleaning up the tables. The bartender was pretty rude too and didn't seem to be into working here at all. The only clean table was by the door and it kept getting opened while the next band set up so we just moved to a table with dirty glassware on it. The drinks were pretty lackluster (especially compared to the awesome ones upstairs). I don't think it was that the menu was inferior to the other, I just think the bartender didn't care. Both my drinks were watered down and icy. Pretty sad for the price to be honest. It got pretty crowded for the second set being played so we decided to leave to let other people sit. I wasn't interested in having another icy sad drink.

The wait is not that long.. we came here as walk in's 2x on our 1week stay that started in Bozeman, went down to Yellowstone, then to Idaho for UTV riding and then to Jackson Hole WY to go see the Teton National Park. It was nice to walk around the local shops while we waited and then afterwards to work off those delicious carbs. Thin crust pizzas clean, fresh, not heavy and seasonal ingredients. The crust is soooo good. Chewy and some char. We had: Montana Burger Royale My teen son dreams about this. Yes its 27.00 and he said its the BEST burger he's ever had. I would have to agree (and we live in Austin TX where there's great cow) -the burger meat melted in your mouth -the egg dripping as you break the yolk was perfection. The bacon so juicy, the brioche bun (that was the winning touch) We shared: Hot Honey Pizza- so good 9/10 Spicy Burrata- also great. 8/10 Mac n cheese- that was the only miss. Way under seasoned and the white sauce seemed to get sucked up by the pasta so the dish was super dry. 3/10 Frites and Fondue- fries were great. Thick cut with finely shaved pecorino. Could have used a heaping more of the shaved cheese. -the fondue was ok, seemed still under seasoned or just not creamy enough? I'd swap that for some roasted garlic with the truffle oil. 6/10 Local brews and ciders were great! 9/10 Huckleberry Cheesecake 9/10 save room for this bad boy. We split it between 4 people.
