The wait time for food was quicker than a melting ice cream cone in the summer. I wasn't understanding how this place didn't have a five star review, if everyone experienced my experience they would need to add new stars. This place was probably the best restaurant I've been to in Pasadena as far as combining fast service great tasting food and friendly customer service. My daughter had the wings and said they were better than any she's had in the area, my wife had the boring burger it was fantastic, I had to Philly cheesesteak and it was awesome also, the waffles and cheese we're phenomenal. They have fried twinkies and Oreos! My family and I will definitely be eating here again, loved it. read more

I've been going to this pluckers since it opened. It started off strong! The food always came out amazing , the waiters were great, but in time it went down hill. The food always comes out bad, the waiters aren't so great anymore. I asked for my wings extra wet one time and they came back dry!! Then the manager tried to argue with me that extra wet doesn't really mean extra wet. When I've been to every pluckers in Houston and I've never had a problem with getting extra wet wings. Well I don't come to this pluckers any more. Driving an extra 10min to go to the pluckers in down town isn't so bad. All my friends and family agree with me. read more

Been to pluckers millions of times, got boneless bites basket, literally had no boneless wings on the plate, my fries were like burnt/dry. I only give this place a 2, because the manager was super nice when he came over, because of the complaint I had about my plate, but on the other hand waitress named Jaquelin had an attitude. If you're going to work and expect a good tip, that starts with giving good service. :) don't show up to work if you don't have those intentions. read more

The only reason I didn't rate a 1 star was because the food itself was good. The customer service was terrible. We were seated at 11:00pm and quickly ordered our drinks. There was 7 of us so we understand large orders take a while. 5 of our drinks (cocktails) arrived followed by our appetizer. 30 minutes later we were still missing 2 drinks, a simple LoveStreet and a water. I asked for the manager and when she came over I explained the issue. She had an attitude and went to investigate the issue. She came back and said, "Here's the problem. You ordered that Love Street after 11:30pm when we stop serving alcohol." I was quick to tell her we order all of our drinks at the exact same time which was at 11:00 and that still doesn't explain the missing water. We were able to get the LoveStreet but the water still took another 5 minutes. Then they proceed to bring out 7 waters... we only wanted one. That shows the ineptitude of our waiter and the manager. We ate our food, paid out tabs, and left. Our waiter did not check on us once the whole time we were there. All our drinks were empty before we started eating. We had a terrible time. read more

This place is a joke. Was told 30 to 45 minute wait, which we agreed to. In the meantime, several groups of people came in ahead of us, many times over. Asked the lady at the door after 30 minutes of waiting why other people just walking up and going in, and she informed me that those people checked in on yelp app before us. I told her that this was our first time, and had no idea about this app, nor did we use it. It should have been explained, not assumed, that people know about this way of checking in. Even after speaking to the manager, which was after 45 minutes of waiting, she was not very sympathetic to the situation, but said that she would do her best. We got tired of excuses and waiting and left. As we were leaving the parking lot, we finally got a notification that our table was ready after 50 minutes of waiting. Sad, because I was told it was good food and was recommended to go eat there. I wanted to try it, but after this experience, it will be crossed off my list of places to go or give a good review to go there. My opinion, get a new greeter and train them to explain to potential customers of how their system works for waiting, explain to people about getting on wait list BEFORE you get there on media outlets (TV, radio, social media, etc.) and either retrain or replace the manager. We brought my parents for the first time and they didn't want to serve alcohol to my husband or my dad they were wearing work clothes. The manager said they were drunk and didn't serve them any beer. They were not drunk they had just come from work we just wanted to have a family dinner. Went to pluckers with a group of friends thought it was gonna be a chill night but turned into a bummer was fresh off work to eat some wings excited our sever was horrible only came by to get our order and drinks and was no where to be found no refills no greeting just straight to the point like what you want we order our food takes about 45 min to even get the order in we wait patiently for our food they finally bring it out all my friends receive there food they only brought my fires out and forgot my wings I wait for the to realize and do there job but no one seemed to notice server no where to be found and my friends all ready finishing up later on she brings our tickets and I told I was not going to pay for food I didn't receive her finally realizing with a grin on her face they later on try to bring my food and make me pay.why would I want my wings when everyone is done eating doesn't make since so I tell one the guys to cancel it he was cool with it our server comes back and tells me so you didn't want your wings in a attitude and smacking her lips. Last time we went for my daughters birthday, we asked our waitress when she brought dessert if we could get them to sing happy birthday to my 4 year old daughter who's birthday we were celebrating and she brought the dessert told us she couldn't get them to sing but not even 5 minutes later another table was sung happy birthday. This was my first time trying pluckers and I was very excited my uncles are constantly talking about it so I of course wanted to try it out. My husband and I went a little after lunchtime and we didn't have a ridiculous wait time maybe 10 minutes and then the booth they sat us in was a corner one which might I add are super cramped there was hardly enough space for both me and my husband to sit across from each other but anyways I got drpepper and he got sweet tea which the drpepper tasted almost flat so when my waitress asked if I wanted more I just simply asked for sweet tea instead and that was fixed then we ordered our food each ordering the 10 pcs combo and since we wanted different flavors there was a .30 charge which was super weird but I guess we had a appetizer of the fries with cheese and jalapeños which I was love but they were just ok then the food came and let me tell you its like the food had sat out to cool down or something because the fries were cold and the wings weren't even hot that wasn't just for my plate it was my husband's plate too so after 2 bites my stomach hurt sooooo bad I immediately got up and went to the restroom I'm not sure what exactly it was but it hit my stomach bad after I finished in the restroom I didnt even want to eat anymore and ik thats tmi but that was my experience and I probably won't go back again sorry guys wing stop is better to me. ‍ read more

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This Plucker's is a joke. I don't even know where to start. It's our first time trying Plucker's. Attempted to try the one in Cypress awhile back but we were told the wait time would be 1.5hrs. Like wtf?!! We thought since this is a new location and since it's Wednesday night, maybe we might be lucky and not have wait for a lifetime. Boy, were we wrong?! Made reservation on Yelp. Checked in when we got there and STILL waited an hour. Requested for outdoor dining but they were short staffed. They had to close the outdoor seating area. We had to sit inside. Ordered appetizers, drinks and cocktails. The appetizers came; mushrooms were the bomb. The fried Mac and cheese were good but wasn't hot. They were just warm. The buffalo bites were over cooked. The cocktails came another hour later but they were soooo good. The best thing we had all night. Our food came. Wings were over cooked and dry. My husband's Dirty Patty Melt was dried and bread was hard as a rock. My South Philly Cheesesteak was dry. The waffle fries were old and cold like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. We return our entrees. 2.5 hrs later we walk out disappointed with a $42 bill for wings and drinks. This will be our first and last time at Plucker's. Wingstop is 1000x better. Seriously! Do not come here if you're planning on doing curbside pickup.. they make you wait 30 plus minutes than the original wait and just so they can present you with cold food. Made a request to be on the waitlist for 17 people yea it's a lot but we called and they said do it online. And the manager told us that it was out of her hands and that we should have called. And when we did they told us that we can make a request online for 10 people and add the extra 7 but when we told that to the manager she says that "oh the girl was uninformed and should not have said that" . The hostess does not know what she is doing, she does not know how to sit party tables. We almost waited 3 hours to be seated while watching others be seated that arrived after us. She then told us that just cause you're number 1 on the list to be seated that doesn't mean anything and others can still be seated in front of you. I do not recommend coming here.
