Was looking at getting my hot water tank replaced. This spring had them out for another repair. Then asked about pricing on a hot water tank. Including inquiring about 20% senior discount. I decided on a tank then later the next day changed the warranty I wanted. Senior discount wasn't offered to me. I did ask. I called the day after the project was done. Lady in accounting told me unless I have it in writing from Dec. I wouldn't get the discount. Back then I didn't know. I said if your tech.'s word isn't good enough then they shouldn't day anything at all. I wanted to know on her end where is it in writing that I need that information? She didn't return my call. Next day I called again. Mind you I sleep during the day and asked if she could call in the AM when I am up for a little while b-4 going to bed. Didn't happen. Next day no return call. Customer service by accounting poor. I wouldn't recommend them or use them again for any other service. I am not asking for anything that wasn't offered. Shame on them. I didn't get my senior discount.

(The prior job had taken longer than expected). He contacted me when he was on his way to be sure I was there to let him into the cellar. He looked things over and not long afterward he arrived --he diagnosed the problem. In less than 90 minutes he replaced the feeder pipe to the outdoor faucet as well as the faucet. He did all this while I was removing young seedlings from around the property. Very efficient and friendly. A job well done and a solid value. I am sure it will last another 30 years!!

A week ago we were having issues with our furnace shutting off. It turned out to be a serious…read moresafety hazard that was leaking carbon monoxide into our house.
