I selected this business over a year ago due to its A+ rating from the BBB. It lives up to the rating. Twice we have called Plumb Right for plumbing emergencies and both times they were prompt, efficient, polite and thorough. Once was a frozen sewer pipe in our garage, which the employee used many different processes to thaw the pipe--eventually succeeding. We had a toilet replaced due to a broken seal on the floor and dissatisfaction with its operation, We even had to call them for a stopped up toilet. EVERY time, the employee removed his shoes, cleaned up the area better than it was, gave accurate cost estimates and explained all work options. We only have ONE plumber to call now. Plumb Right..........I am very pleased with the outstanding service I received from Plumb Right. I had a leaky faucet and couldn't fix it myself, so I called them and they sent a gentleman out the next day. The plumber (D J) didn't have the part but took a picture of it with his phone. He then called the company that made the faucet and sent them the picture and set it up to have them mail me the part and then I would call him to finish the job when the part arrived. It took a couple of days for the part to arrive (Thanksgiving holiday). Everything went according to plan and that was great. D J was very friendly and courteous as was the phone representative. Devon and his apprentice, Thomas, were prompt, efficient, and friendly. While Thomas worked on the plugged water line to the bathroom sink, Devon checked out our convoluted pipes in the laundry room. He put our mind at ease that everything was up to code. We asked him another question about a recommendation we had gotten from a different company and he assured us that it was unnecessary. Wow! The two technicians got our water running after 30 minutes. The pricing is preassigned so we knew how much it was going to cost up front. I highly recommend Plumb Right. I was told about all charges up front. The cost to come out and diagnose the problem with my toilet was half as much as other companies. The plumber was on time, neat and friendly. He explained all the options for fixing or replacing my 1951 toilet. I chose to have him fix it and the price turned out to be at least $50.00 less than what he initially quoted. He got the job done quickly and my toilet is like new. Our technician has always been Devon, and he has gone out of his way to help us quickly resolve the issues that we wouldn't want to touch with a ten-foot pole! Plumber came out to fix the gas line, but dispatch didn't advise us of what we needed to do ahead of time when explained what type of dwelling our property was. So basically came out said they couldn't do it charged us $60 for nothing non refundable. They told us to have the association take care of the proper safety measures each individual place to be shut off and inspected first then they would come back and charge us for that too! Maybe you should advise your customers before coming out what steps need to be taken in detail to detail so everything is ready! read more

We received service for a leak under our bathroom sink that required us to shut off the hot water. This happened on a Sunday evening, we registered online for an appointment Monday and were called Sunday evening by a scheduler, they were even able to work us in for an AM appointment. Matthew diagnosed the problem quickly and the work was complete in 2 hours. There wasn't any clean up for us to do when he was done and the cost was more than fair. Plumb Right was great. We had a broken toilet that was leaking down into our basement. They came to our house on a Saturday and replaced the broken plastic bolts on a toilet with heavy duty brass bolts.
