We had an issue with one of our showers, and I wasn't able to make the repairs myself, so I called Plumber XP. I spoke with Monique, and she was fantastic... professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. She was able to schedule Efrain to come to our home at our convenience. Efrain arrived as scheduled (on his birthday!), and was also professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home. He was clearly very experienced, as well. So much so, that Plumber XP sent various apprentices (Angelo, Nathan, Marco) to assist, learn the technical aspects of the plumbing trade, and just as importantly, observe the manner in which he engages and interacts with his clients. I had an unexpected plumbing issue with two toilets that happened early in morning right before leaving to go to work. I had to find a plumber ASAP, I found Plumber XP that has 5 -stars with great reviews, so I called them, and the gentleman that answered told me that he was in the process of working on the schedules at the time I called. He said that he would be able to arrange for someone to come out that same day and asked what time I was available. Let him know that I wasn't going to go to work because I had to get my toilet fixed that day. He was able to send out someone at 9am that morning. Eddie was technician that came out. I was losing pressure in my shower because my bath faucet was leaking and put up a project request on Yelp. Angela, the owner, was the FIRST one to text me and offer a consultation, beating all the other vendors. Gabriel was at my home the next day and gave a thorough inspection of my shower. Turns out I had old internal brass pipes that were ruined by hard water and an obsolete valve system that was causing the leak! Gabriel was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the problem and the work that needed to be done. The very next morning, Gabriel and his partner Oscar got to work. Joey, the plumber, was extremely courteous from the moment he arrived, even putting on boot covers before entering my home. He patiently followed me around, addressing all my questions without making me feel rushed. Joey offered advice on handling a smaller concern myself and was thorough in diagnosing my main issue. The pipes he used to re-pipe my house were among the most advanced, better than the copper piping a handyman I hired was going to use (and my handyman came highly recommended and performed high-quality work), Joey also gave me some great deals on extra work because he knew how anxious I was about spending the amount of money I had to spend to get my entire house re-piped. He even paid for a contractor to patch the stucco on the outside of the house after he and his helpers had to cut through it to replace bathroom pipes. Finally, when he noticed I was upset about something not related to the re-piping, he offered to provide a listening ear. Had a leak in an ice machine at our home; plastic tube feeding the ice maker developed a pin hole leak. Called after hours, received a call back within minutes. Scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Super Heroes to the Rescue Supergirl (Angela), Batman and Robin (Enrique and Mario) lead by the Commissioner (Eddie) flew in to repair an accidental puncture to a copper pipe. We were having flooring installed and were on a tight timeline when a pipe was damaged. Angela took the call and picture of the damage then dispatched Enrique and Mario. This company did a very good job to clear main drain of my house.All the drain in my house such as bath, sink, toilet got problem backing up intermittently. I called two company before.
