Victor and 123 Plumbing have been our water repair techs for many years! I had a broken cast iron pipe just out side the foundation of our house. I had other "plumbers" in, and they wanted to put brand new pipe for $5000-6500. I called Victor and he was there bright and early sand got right to work, digging out the old line right to the inside where it connected to the main trap. They removed the cast iron pipe, and replaced it with PVC, cemented the pipe in the foundation, poured rock for stabilization, and then filled the dirt back in. Good to go, and the cost was WAY below quotes from the other "plumbers I found here! The work took 2 hours, and the quality was exceptional!. And his prices were very reasonable! I called Plumbing 1-2-3 to get a second quote. They came out and looked at everything and showed us on a camera that Roto-Rooter HAD NOT RODDED most of the sewer line. I ended up having Victor do it (fantastic job), and he replaced the pump for much less than RR wanted. (I also got a full refund from RR.) We texted back a forth all of the details and scheduled a time for him to come over. Needless to say, it was a bigger issue than just a slow drain. It was a completely corroded pipe from the 60's. Victor worked hard fixing everything using modern PVC, repaired the exterior wall access panel, insulation, and more. The bathtub drain is perfect, the final price was fair, and the wife is happy. Over the years I've had an overflow problem in my powder room at the back of my main level. I have three bathrooms, and every once in a while when I let the water out of the bathtub upstairs-KABOOM! I come downstairs to a mess! Nothing worse than a sudden, often raw sewage, spill onto the floor, through the floorboards into the basement. Gross! I usually try to get rodding done ahead of time to avoid these casualties, but it's not always possible. Such was the case earlier this year. So, I sent out rodding requests through yelp, and about five companies responded. Plumbing 123 responded quickly to my problem via text. Following, Victor and I had a phone conversation about the issue. Victor and his associate showed up promptly the next day. The house is very old with an overhead sewage/drain system. There was one pipe that I have believed to be the problem. In the past, other plumbers have disregarded my thoughts about this pipe. The routine has been 'rod the sewer and leave.' Until the NEXT time. Not Victor. He opened up the problematic pipe. It was under a lot of pressure and totally backed up with disgusting, smelly raw sewage. He repaired the pipe, took care of the problem, put a new clean-out specifically for that pipe and all at a much more reasonable cost than anyone else had ever quoted. I have some plumbing projects coming up, and he will definitely be my "go to" plumber from now on! He's a very pleasant, honest and responsive guy. Highly, highly recommend! Victor (owner of Plumbing 123) was great! My mom's house had a clogged drain line from the bathroom but the rest of the house's drains worked. I called several plumbers, described the situation, and Victor gave me an estimate that was fair, stating I was 4th in line for the day should I accept. I did accept. He came before his estimated time and texted me to ask if that was OK. He ran a camera up the drain line and showed me the roots that were causing the clog. He then cleared the clog with the machine that cuts the inside of the pipe clear and showed me the result by running the camera up the drain line again. My mom's clogged drain line problems were solved. But Victor went above and beyond: He ran the camera towards the city's sewer line under the street (which had been draining well all along). He showed me a place where the main drain line had separated and one pipe had settled downward with respect to another, causing a narrowing of the sewer line. He suggested the city may own this part of the sewer line and that they need to fix it (rather than my mom having to hire a plumber). I've kept Victor's number so I can call him next time my mom has a plumbing problem. read more
