Took out his detection equipment and proceeded to try to locate the leak. After about 15 minutes set up and locating time He said he found the leak and let me listen on the head phones to the supposed water leaking out. He said it would cost me $1500 to fix the leak that he said was about 16" under the sod. I thought that was excessive. I decided to call another plumber to fix it they came out and dug where Rolston said the leak was, no leak. The new plumber from Drain to Drain Micheal Ennis dug down and found nothing, no leak at all. The water usage was a sprinkler zone valve on the north side of the house that was stuck open, Mike found it about 5 minutes. At the end of the job Mike charged me $500. for digging up non existent leak that Rolston said was there and would fix for $1500. and locating to actual leak that was about 100 feet away. He said that if he had not dug up the yard the bill would have been $150.00 including finding the real leak and the labor to fix the actual leak. Rolston was 100% scamming me with the BS of the leak in the yard. Mike thought that he merely turned up the volume on the head set to make the rumbling sound that I heard.

Rob showed up and gave us an estimate. He gave u 3 different options and gave us choices based on our budgets. Since we planned to stay in our house forever, we decided to pick the best option to take care of everything. Rob and one technician showed up on the day of the appointment. Both of them were very professional and carefully installed our new water heater with great care. They also took great care of our house in making sure to keep our house neat and clean during in installation process. In the end, the water heater was installed perfectly. We now have a brand new water heater that hopefully can last for another decade. They did a great job with our water heater and the price is reasonable. The whole purpose of my review was for Larry to let other clients know that re-patching the drywall was something he was not doing, and to make sure other customers of his inquire about this. Also to you Larry, we will have an attorney now contact you for Defamation and writing fake reviews (acting as our customer) in retaliation to this review. Unfortunate. ------------------------- I personally wouldn't hire again. What is important here is that details are disclosed by the service contractor, so that his customers are satisfied, and everyone views the transaction as mutually completed. (ie. Drywall was not patched back up after the drywall was taken apart to install the pipes- we are left with a hole in the wall with exposed pipes) We had a simple hand sink installed and prior to this we agreed on a price. Having used 2 plumbers in the past at other facilities, our experience has always been that when plumbers installed their pipes behind the walls, they patched back up the drywall holes they cut out- to complete the job. In this case Larry quoted the job, and I assumed that the dry wall he cut out of the wall to install the plumbing would be patched back up. Instead we are left with drywall holes and exposed pipes in the wall. Afterwards he wanted to charge additional fees to patch the drywall back up as an additional up-sell, saying this was not his responsibility. From my take, this was not disclosed up front and now we are having to hire a new contractor because I won't pay him more. Simply put, the work seemed OK for pipe install, but the non-disclosure of what I see as incomplete job with drywall holes. Because of this, Im not partial to hiring him again, but you may have a better experience if he discloses the details about finished work expectations up front (esp. dry wall patching after plumbing). After questioning Larry about why he did not disclose this to us, he replied that he only had 4 other customers have this issue. A perfect reason he should have learned to disclose this to us. The technician upon arrival told us that the flange that came with the sink cannot be used as it is plastic, when the instructions clearly say that it is a decorative flange. It is common sense that a plastic flange would not be manufactured to hold up a garbage disposal. 2. The technician spent 2.5 hours removing the existing sink but couldn't and hence resolved to breaking it as he couldn't remove the glue. We agreed to it as we have been told that there is no other way. The entire border of marble countertop was chipped in the process :(. There is no way to undo this (First red flag). 3. After 4 hours , the job wasn't completed. So i peeked at the sink to see that the technician was struggling to mount the sink by himself. To be honest its a two person job. I tried to help him hold it but it was very heavy. When asked, he mentioned that this is not typically what he does and didn't knew that it was going to be difficult. (Second red flag). Four stars for affordable pricing and prompt communication from the owner. I would recommend them for very minor tasks but steer clear for any major installations.
