Whole house water repipe. They are the only plumbers that perform the whole job. Ed Torres explained the project and had it scheduled in less than a week. Donald and Lucio cut out the old pipe and repiped in two days. We had water over night, too. Major destruction of walls and ceilings. However, it was well organized and everything was covered. The next three days after the inspection, Flaniel replaced all the wallboard and painted. The quality of the job was better than expected. We were able to get back to our routines very quickly. After checking and identifying the issue, Dave quoted us for a new water heater and also full house filtration system that we wanted anyway. I don't normally leave reviews but recently I had a leak from a pipe coming from my hot water heater. The leak had gone under the flooring and was leaking under the wall outside of my house. I did not know how much life was left in my water heater They could have told me I better replace it soon but opted to let me know I had time to switch to tankless. So, I decided to wait and switch to a gas tankless heater a year or so down the road. There are other improvements I can schedule and pay down bills. I called Plumbong Express on a Saturday to come check out a leaking sink in one of our classrooms. They weren't able to come that same day, but I ended up having a nice conversation with one of the managers or owner about the work we were doing in the local resettlement coming. He too was expressing interest in servicing the resettlement community through his company. I shared with him a potential organization that may work with his vision, and moved on from there. On Monday, Dave (pic) came and was able to quickly assess what the issue was. He told me he had the equipment and said he just has to call into his manager to confirm doing the repair. When he came back, I asked him the cost. He said it was a easy fix and that per his manager, no charge. I couldn't believe it! Every step of the way dealing with Plumbing Express was awesome! These guys cut and capped a gas line and installed a new vanity top and faucet. Customer service was spot on and they came out at the arranges time. The plumber, David, was fantastic as well. My problem is with the astronomical pricing. The quote write up was written as $225 for just the cut and cap of the gas line or $1011 for the gas line and vanity install. WOW!!! Way too much for a job this size. I went ahead for the second option as I have been needing this done for a while and there is pressure from the wife to clear things out of the garage. It took the plumber a total of 2 hours and I had all of the materials, except for the hole saw to put the faucet on the vanity. Many of these companies are getting over like this and the only thing for consumers to do is keep each other informed. If you have the time to get other quotes, do it. These guys tore me a new one. No way I would have done this without wanting to keep my wife happy. Again, plumber was great. Company too pricey. Save your coins and go elsewhere. Update: Owner reached out and advised that the wrong charge codes were used, as the technician is new to the company. He apologized for the error and refunded $200. I signed a $12,687 copper repiping contract that was started after July 4th, 2023 holiday. The work was in two parts: replacing all copper pipes and repairing necessary sheet rock, priming the affected area to a condition where it could be painted over with one coat. The second repair phase was required to be done by Plumbing Express. I was in communication with the company regarding the issues until a couple of weeks ago when they stopped returning calls/emails. My last request was for them to pay ($995) for the double work my painter did due to their poor job. Request did not include any second coats that were done on any areas, only first coat. The The pipe installation part was satisfactory, but replacing the damaged sheetrock including mudding, sanding, applying primer and being careful of adjacent walls, moulding, minimal cleanup, etc.. was very poorly done. After, their employee left, I had lost confidence in the company due to the mess they had created. However, the contract requires a quick notification of problems and giving an estimate of damages. My longtime painter had a backlog and it took him a while to arrive and give me an estimate and he began some of the repairs. After alerting the company of my plans, I did get the company to fix some of the problems with ceiling lights and the basement area (which still has some issues). Some of the problems created by Plumbing Express: 1 Den ceiling primer was green (probably from a paint can we own). Green paint required 2 coats of paint from my painter. Edges around wood moulding is piled up with sheetrock mud requiring extra work from my painter.. 2) Paint left on kitchen wood moulding (newly installed). My painter cleaned and repainted ceiling. 3) Living Room moulding also had primer paint on it which my painter had to clean and repaint. 4) behind "hidden" areas of refrigerator and washer/dryer the area was left totally caked with mud. The refrigerator water pipe access in wall was missing and resulting hole completely caked with mud. My painter fixed these areas. read more

I explained my toilet had a phantom leak. Office charges $39 for service call which I thought was reasonable compared to others; and they waive if work is done. They had availability same day. They called me back leass than 15 minutes later that plumber would arrive within the hour. David Tzikas arrived and was friendly, personable and professional. This is the 2nd time in a few years we've used Plumbing Express, the 1st time to dig up front yard to repair and replace main mine from the house to the street. This time, the appointment for inspection was per my needed schedule. I was informed plumber was on the way prior to arrival. Inspection with camera was quick and confirmed suspected problem.
