When I showed Jasper the previous endoscoping camera video, he didn't believe that would be needed. After Jasper arrived, he went straight to the cleanout pipe that was affected. He performed the camera scoping as agreed upon and was explaining all his findings to me in real-time, such as minor cracks, some separation in some of the older pipings, and the uncertain debris, which highly appeared as either cement or rocks. He did recommend hydro-jetting and provided me time to think about. After deciding to do it, he performed it and rescoped it, showing the debris had been cleared at that section. All of the basic fixes failed, and they all said we needed a full replacement. We gave Southwest a call for one last opinion based on a friend's recommendation, and Erick saved us. He spent 2+ hours in our sweltering attic troubleshooting every possible issue, until he found a quirk in our condensate drainage that no one else figured out. Once he accounted for that, it was quick work to purge our line and clear a clog that was responsible for the overflow in our attic. He knew we were resigned to replace the AC and easily could have told us the same. But he worked extra hard on our behalf, provided an affordable fix, and stayed longer to clean up the shoddy work from the past vendors. Admittedly it took a little longer to get Southwest out to our home, but I now know it's because they're going to take their time and really solve your problem. I called to have my personal AC serviced due to the fact that it needs it as indicated by it blowing warm air. I scheduled the appointment made it a point to be here and 10 minutes before the last possible time to show up I get a call and some urchin tells me they don't service homes that are on the market. Isn't one of the reasons for servicing is that you are putting it on the market and need to comply with inspections? When I aske why, the urchin replied that it was company policy, no other explanation. That is frankly one of the absolute dumbest answers I could have expected. So if they are that afraid to do a home that will be sold does that mean they do a shoddy job that will not pass inspection? Does mean they do not even trust their own work? Or are they just plain ignorant. Whatever the reason, I would not take a chance on hiring them for anything that may eventually need an inspection. I'm sure they would raise a defense against any claim that they did not know the property would be sold. Does this mean they never do work for contractors who are building homes? I don't care what the rest of the reviews say. You should never hire someone that afraid of someone checking their work

After I deduced that it was a water heater issue, I started to get ridiculous quotes from some companies. I came across All Pro Water Heaters and was impressed by their reviews. I immediately wanted them to be the people to replace my water heater. I was able to reach Parker on Yelp and he gave me a reasonable quote. He also asked me to take pictures of the current water heater so he knows what they're working with. By looking at my pictures he pointed out some of the things that they might need for the installation so there was full transparency. I informed him that we think it is just the water heater that needs to be replaced but want someone to confirm there isn't anything else wrong and he assured that's something they'll verify. He was able to send someone the same day. The technician, Danny, informed me of his arrival time when he was 30 minutes away. When Danny was done with the water heater replacement, he provided necessary information to my tenant, then he called me to brief me on the completion of the install. My tenant complimented Danny for his professionalism and said he wants to use this company for any future needs. I was thoroughly satisfied with Parker and Danny.
