I had a pipe that burst under my house and2 plumbers came by telling me that I had to replace a 40 foot pipe costing me north of $2500. I had William and his assistant stop by to also review the work to be done. They found that the issue was a rotted fitting between 2 of the pipes. Within 2 hours they fixed the issue and charged me less than 10% of the other estimates. I am a HUGE fan of Mr Thomas and he has earned my Trust and will be my Go To Plumber moving forward. Like I said Mr. Thomas has been my go to plumber for the past few years. He recently put in a tankless water heater and the cost for the parts and labor were exactly what he quoted me and he of course he did an outstanding job. This is the second time Bill has helped me out and on both occasions he did a phenomenal job! The first time was an emergency situation when a pipe burst on New Year's Eve. Not sure where to begin but the service and expertise were beyond what I expected. I always dreaded calling a plumber fearing it would be super expensive and have to go through several plumbers to find a good one (and have to pay people twice for the same work) Not with Bill, he was an expert and extremely professional. Bill has done several jobs at our house and for my parents, who are 92 and 88. Recently, the toilet at my parents' was stuck with the water running. I was out of town. Bill came right out, put in a new Fluidmaster. He also noticed that they had an obsolete shut off valve. He pointed it out to them, they agreed, he replaced it with a new quarter turn valve. We really appreciate having fast service and a professional who will not cheat Senior Citizens. A week later, our kitchen sink stopped up. Bill is great!  He came up with a solution to our cleanup problem that saved us tons of money.  We used to have to have it cleaned every four months (roots).  Now, it's once a year.  His pricing is very reasonable.  I plan on having him install our whole house filtration system.  Also, he is very polite and conscientious of trying to keep my house clean.  I have had plumbers in the past that track dirty mud all over the floors--ugh. Update to original post. Bill came back to install our water filtration system. Not only was it a relatively quick install, but he came back in 3 days to make sure that everything was working correctly, no sediment from filtration media in water, etc. He also installed all new piping at my sisters house (actually corrected the wrong size pipes, some bozo had installed). We are a small sized restaurant who have been greatly helped by Mr. Thomas. We have worked with Mr. Thomas on 3 different occasions. 1st Time using William Thomas Plumbing; We had an emergency stoppage due to a major clog from the use of metal fiber sponges in the main line. Busy Saturday night of conducting business when we realize that the plumbing is starting to back up. We instantly go online to look up plumbers in the area. The majority of the plumbers that answered where trying to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for a jetter service and we would have to wait until the next day in order for them to come. Luckily we found William Thomas Plumbing, I spoke with Mr. Thomas and he was there within the hour! Not only did he come over ASAP, his charge for the same "emergency" service was his standard rate! Mr. Thomas did not use our unfortunate situation in order to over charge us for essentially the same service. Mr. Thomas did a great job, works very cleanly and quickly. 2nd Time using William Thomas Plumbing; Our mop sink became clogged with blackish color water. Having used William Thomas Plumbing prior to this we booked him to fix our issue. Mr. Thomas needed to break concrete to replace broken pipe that was underneath concrete. Mr. Thomas worked around our business hours, working through the night while leaving the place clean, covered and ready for us to be able to work throughout the day. We did not have to close! Mr. Thomas fixed our mop sink problem and sealed up the floor all the while charging us a reasonable rate. 3rd TIme using William Thomas Plumbing; We referred William Thomas Plumbing to our sister company La Fiesta Meat Market. They had a problem with the sink drain in the bakery. Mr. Thomas was quickly able to figure out that there was something majorly wrong in the way the plumbing system was built. The original plumbers who built the plumbing system installed a T-fitting in the opposite manner than should have. Mr. Thomas fixed the problem and installed cut outs so that if ever be we could snake through there as opposed to removing the sink. Luckily for us we have found William Thomas Plumbing. We have used their services in case of emergency and did not have to pay emergency pricing. If you have any plumbing issues I suggest using William Thomas Plumbing services, especially if you are a business as other plumbers often over charge businesses for similar work just because we are a business! read more
