First of all let me state that this was a great experience for me and my wife from start to finish! I called Plumbing Utah Heating and Air because I had a water main leak that I needed located. I already had 2 other bids from well known companies, but, they didn't do leak location. Brandon came out Monday located the leak and discussed my options. The bid Brandon gave me was better then the two other bids, so I scheduled the repair. Thursday when Brandon and Dave came out to start the work they quickly realized that the job was going to have to be manually dug out because of the utility lines that were running across where they needed to dig with the mini excavator. Brandon was on the phone immediately to schedule his manual digging team and informed me that it may not be able to be done until the next day but that they would do it later in the day if they could. The digging started about noon and a second leak was discovered at the foundation requiring additional work to put the new line through the foundation and replace additional pipe and valve in the house. The work was completed by 5 and we are completely satisfied!! I am sure that the additional work that wasn't planned on could have justified additional money to be charged, but there was no additional charges and I paid what was quoted me! great experience with Heath who helped me with installation of a new water heater! I waited a week to write this review. everything works great! When I had water heater leaking problem, I found out through youtube that I need to replace it. So I called the previous guy, he said he would replace it next day, however when he showed up he said he made an mistake, the water heater I had was an old kind, hard to find....anyway, he won't be able to install one until few days later. I tried to make a fast solution, so I called a bunch of plumbers to install the one my husband found in one of the warehouse, so happy to find plumbing utah, they even help you pick up the water heater and install! And it's the same day service, I was hesitant to use them, one reason I never us them before, second why they can do such good service , help you pick up and install and they don't even need to make an appointment and check my water heater first? I ended up still use them, because I hadn't have hot water for 3 days! The ending is surprisingly great! I am so happy with the plumber heath, he is so nice, when the water heater that he picked up came to my garage he found it's damaged! He even took more than one hour to take it back and exchanged it for me! he worked whole half day to help me ! Had a wonderful experience with Plumbing Utah. We just moved into our place and haven't ever dealt with a Reverse Osmosis Filter system before. It started leaking and we were completely out of our depths. We called up Plumbing Utah because of all the great reviews...and they definitely lived up to those reviews. Billy came and checked out our system, he definitely went the extra mile...or two! He re-routed our pipes (they were put together all crazy from the last owners). And then he checked on our kitchen faucet that he noticed was starting to show signs of leaking and would need fixing soon. He offered to replace the kitchen faucet the next day when he had the parts to fix our RO system. The next day he came back fixed the RO system and put in a beautiful new kitchen faucet. After changing the filters and running a cleaning through the RO system he noticed we still might need a new filter faucet. He checked in with us the next day and came and replaced it as well. I can not say enough about these guys! I purchased a new home and discovered the pilot light was not lit on my new hot water heater. It was 10pm on a Saturday! I quickly jumped on my computer and started going down the list of "24/7 service" providers and met with "we don't have appointments this late.....to no answer....to "the min charge is $450.00". I needed a pilot light lit, not a whole new heater..ha..ha. I called and spoke to Brandon, he asked a few questions and believed it was a bad regulator, but he would be happy to come right out! Brandon showed up in 15 minutes and within another 15 minutes he had it fixed. Seems that the installer did not "bleed" the line and no gas was coming into the water heater. Even better, Brandon followed up on Sunday to make sure it was working correctly. There are two words that describe the type of service I received from Brandon and Dave ... responsive and fair. We discovered a leak in our water main to our home due to an extremely high water bill--come to find out, we had a leak that was wasting a gallon of water per hour. Brandon returned my call within the hour and located the leak within 24 hours of my initial call! They were able to get the water main fixed within a week, which will save me money in the long term. Brandon and Dave were very personable and took the time to explain to me what was going on every step of the way. I would strongly recommend this plumbing company for any needs you may have in your home. The pricing is completely reasonable and they aren't gouging you for unnecessary repair costs. Stetson responded within the timeline stated, had a very reasonable quote for the broken pipe- and were back the next day at 9:00 AM. Our repair was handled by Stetson and Jasper. The entire repair was completed within 4-5 hours. The area was left cleaned up with the cement work completely smooth and straight, clean lines. First of all shout out to David! My husband called Plumbing Utah on a short notice at 8:30 at night for a massive clog in the basement, and they immediately arranged a service for us. David came out within 20 minutes and saved our lives! He was super friendly, generous and extremely helpful. He unclogged the drain and also cleaned out the entire main drain line for us. Wow I cant say enough. Cody was fast, professional, and honest. Not the easiest thing to find in the plumbing business! The first company we had come out, was going to snake 2 drains and a camera system for over $1000. Cody came in and cleaned the p-traps on three pipes and everything ran at 100% and was very reasonably priced. He even identified a problem that that the other said would fix but would not have. Ron and crew did an awesome job in my early 1900s home. Replacing the boiler, coming back several days in a row to just check in and make sure it was warming up the house correctly. They also put in a shower, including new pipes in the wall, tub surround and molding around the window to make it waterproof.
