I'm pleased to say I received a text a little before 2pm indicating my clothes were ready for pick up with a reminder they close at 6p. Two dry clean tops were $8 and some change which I feel is a fair price. I was pleased with the cleaning & ironing of my tops. I've been taking my clothes to Dry Clean Supercenter in Pecan Grove for a while. In the beginning, the service was okay. However, over the last month (maybe longer), the quality has seriously declined. I've picked up multiple items that clearly had not been properly cleaned. It honestly felt like the clothes were just placed in plastic and handed back to me. I returned one item because it wasn't cleaned at all, and when I got it back again, it was actually dirtier than when I originally dropped it off. Most recently, I dropped off a pair of pants. When I picked them up, they had a bad odor and stains that were not there before. That was extremely disappointing. Based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend this company. I truly hope they address their quality control issues so other customers don't experience the same frustration

When I finally got around to taking it out, i tried to get some of the stains out myself, especially since they were only at the very bottom. I was unsuccessful and started to panic because I felt like the stains were a bit visible, and I needed to leave for the wedding in 48 hours! I went to one dry cleaning place, but their turnaround time was not going to cut it, so I called Oxford Cleaners and they said they could have it ready in my timeframe. I felt like the pricing was very fair - it was several dollars more than the first place I checked with, but also, their turnaround time is better. When I got my dress back it looked brand new! It looked brighter and was like-new clean. So happy with their service and will be happy to come back if needed!
