We loved the fresh roasted veggies and little potato pops! As for Karaoke, we'll have to experience that some other time. After we ate, we played a game of pool. There's much needed improvements... both tables are wonky. We put in our $2 and only 3 balls came out. So, the staff put $2 into the other pool table and a few more came out. We just combined both ball sets to play and tried our best to memorize which balls belongs to whom. Beware that if you scratch, you will never see that white ball again!! We made the most out of our games and still felt joy. However, it does need to be fixed! I can't say enough about the staff. The lady waitress who served and helped us was so wonderful. When customers keep a tab open, they're trusting the bartender to charge accurately. That trust should not be abused. It appears the totals were inflated beyond the actual drinks ordered, which conveniently results in higher tips when the card is charged. Management should seriously look into Ramona's transactions and receipts. If this issue isn't addressed, I will be reporting the discrepancies to my credit card companies for investigation. Customers deserve honesty when their card is behind the bar.

Looking through old photos recently brought back memories, and I realized I never got around to sharing our experience. We had a wonderful time--the food was delicious, the service was great, and overall it was a very enjoyable dining experience. While I never made it back, my husband has visited a few times with friends and always had good things to say. The main reason we haven't returned as a family is because both of our boys (now adults) are allergic to seafood, and I usually prefer having them with us when we dine out. When I arrived, I politely asked for a table in an area that was clearly available. When I asked about getting a different table, her attitude toward me was rude and unwelcoming. I understand that restaurants have seating policies and that sometimes certain tables may be reserved, but I believe customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. In this situation, I felt that I was treated unnecessarily poorly, especially considering that there were plenty of other tables available. I am not writing this complaint to cause trouble for anyone. I simply believe management should be aware of how customers are being treated. Not only beer, they do have a few drinks for kids They have restroom porter potties out back but there is a single restroom in front inside. A few tables inside as well where you order food. The usual hangout is the outdoor area. Sometimes they have small vendors that sell food but my second time there, there wasn't. We came on a Saturday between 2-6p. My friend was DJing Fun times!! I would love to come back again during the evenings just to see how they look at night but I had only visited them during the afternoons. They don't close late though so when the nights get darker earlier, I will definitely make my way back, invite all my friends and post more pictures.
