This spot is kind of tucked away in the land of forgotten part of the shopping center at the Pacific Commons. Lots of stores in that area get lost in the shuffle near the 880 freeway, I think once H-Mart opens later this year there, it'll help these businesses get some more customers. This spot is a counter style ordering, then you go sit and wait for your name or number, can't remember which one, to be called. I got the chicken shawarma salad, it was excellent. They also let you pick 2 sides with the salad and put it all on the same plate together for you. Food was pretty quick & tasted good, I'd for sure go back,

This specific location is superb because the staff is compassionate understanding and great in prepping my Clam Chowder classic without the bread bowl. Keshab is one of the kindest most thoughtful cashier on their staff as well as the other gentleman that I didn't catch his name. They always are generous in giving us extra bread on the side when I order their yummy Clam Chowder which I feel is better than BOUDINS yes there I said. Today, we came in to pick up some more Clam Chowder and Keshab was there to greet us with a smile and kindness he even gave us a complimentary chocolate chip cookie for my daughter's bday which is in two days and he was thoughtful enough to make her smile and make our day! Thank you for having such a great and kind staff. Definitely choose this location over the one near Kaiser Fremont.

I really wanted some sizzling rice with the beef. Theirs came with corn, garlic butter, and green onions. Very similar to Sizzling Lunch with the sauces and spices on the side. Garlic shoyu sauce is my favorite! I will say I noticed this place was cheaper and less salty than other places I've had. Their popcorn chicken was portioned really well and seasoned lightly. Tender and crunchy. Huge fan of their cheese corn too! Not too mayo-ey and the cheese incorporates really well with the corn. Lovedddd the portion size. Can't wait to come back!

This is the Vitality Bowls location in Newark…read more I was in the area, and decided to drop by and try their acai bowls. I had the small Vitality bowl, and it was decent in mix and balance. However, for $12.99 it's pricey for it's small size. It's okay, but I wouldn't order it again. I had just eaten lunch, and I wasn't interested in a larger size bowl. I also tried the Coffee Crunch Smoothie. It was.....not good. I wasn't expecting a cold coffee drink that leaves sand or grit in your mouth. I guess that's the "crunch" part of the drink. So, I'll know better for next time I'm in the area. The interior was a bit dusty. Lots of tables and places to sit. Plenty of parking. Vitality Bowls is on the end of a small plaza, near the Chevron gas station and the Goodyear Tire Shop. Staff was nice and answered all my questions.

I don't know whose idea it was to blast the music but it was not a good idea on my part. When I say loud it was as if I was at a concert. It was not necessary.

She wasn't very cordial throughout the transaction so I wasn't too surprised with the very curt nature after I said we didn't receive the soups. I totally regret tipping 15%. The soup was so piping hot that it was not edible, everyone else had finished their meals and I had to take it to go. I might not be back after this experience. Sad. Seems like they really need the business too.
