This is the kind of establishment that are written into long running TV shows. Great atmosphere, good selection of liquor/drinks, full service restaurant, friendly staff, repeat loyal local customers, giant tv screens everywhere, fun, lively, & energetic. It reminds me of Hart of Dixie's, Rammer Jammer Restaurant, where all the locals go to have their beer fix with a meal or two with other locals! Except, its for 21 year olds and up patrons only. We came for their Wednesday night Karaoke and Prime Rib night. Except, we got there a wee bit too early to experience Karaoke but we did enjoy our shared prime rib meal! Although we asked for medium rare, it was more medium well. I ate the medium well sections and my friend ate the medium rare-ish parts. But overall, the meal was very good. We loved the fresh roasted veggies and little potato pops! As for Karaoke, we'll have to experience that some other time. After we ate, we played a game of pool. There's much needed improvements... both tables are wonky. We put in our $2 and only 3 balls came out. So, the staff put $2 into the other pool table and a few more came out. We just combined both ball sets to play and tried our best to memorize which balls belongs to whom. Beware that if you scratch, you will never see that white ball again!! We made the most out of our games and still felt joy. However, it does need to be fixed! I can't say enough about the staff. The lady waitress who served and helped us was so wonderful. I ordered a Detroit Pizza and some Wings!! The atmosphere at the Bar was amazing!!! So Fun!!! Food was Delicious and Fresh and Tasty!!!! This is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment!!! (Not sure what happened) We asked to exchange the coffee and she made us coffee so strong we could not drink but did not want to complain so we kept adding water to our cups without success in making it better. I need to go here more often. Everything you want in a sports bar and a pretty solid offerings when it comes to the menu. The service is friendly, with pool, darts, TONS of TVs, and a giant bar space, there's something for everyone. There's even some outdoor seating with TVs in front . First time there, I was surprised to see posole on the menu. I try it from everywhere I can. Haven't found one yet that beats my own homemade posole, but the posole at O'Sullivan's was the closest I've ever had. Very flavorful, enjoyed it a ton! They have a large offering of many items and some really solid specials. Over memorial weekend I went in for the lacrosse national championship. They had posted a chicken burger special, somewhere between $9 and $12?? The burger was very tasty on a pretzel bun. The crinkle cut fries seem like they were probably from frozen, but they were crispy and cooked well and there was a good portion, no complaints for that price. The beers were cold and they tuned into my game on the TV with the best view for our table. I definitely recommend this place for the food, the sports bar environment, and the posole! read more

The 49ers drink was really good and strong! The French fries came out fresh but the veggie burger wasn't exactly to my liking it wasn't hot and it had a bit too much mayo on it. It's definitely a dingy sports bar, and I mean that in the best way possible! So many screens with a number of different things to watch. The food is good but oh wow are the beers expensive. Great time on a Saturday night. It was a lively bar with a DJ playing a lot of reggaeton to hip hop to y2k and dancing. Food menu was big and we grabbed some appetizers for the table. There was a decent selection of non-alcoholic beer available (0.0 Stella, 0.0 Heineken, Athletic brewing IPA). Came in on a Sunday afternoon, and the bartender was seemingly very drunk or hungover from the night before and could not even take our order correctly. I understand when you are understaffed and only have one bartender/server available, but the lack of attention and focus on the customer event with those factors was egregious. We had 6 people in our party all hungry and ready to order but couldn't even get our orders in because the bartender was all over the place and not able to even remember our order from the bar to the pos computer. I really wanted to try the food and have another beer but we had to walk out cause of how bad it was. You guys lost out on at least $400 in beer and food orders because of it. Also the bartender kept saying "ugggg I got called in I'm not even supposed to be here today" after every order, making the customer feel bad for trying to order. I understand you are upset that you had to work but that was very off putting to see and hear. I've heard good things about your food and service in the past so I assume this was just a bad egg situation, but still something to look out for. read more

Spent my Super Bowl Sunday here with a couple friends. The vibe was very lively and the staff were a fun time! There was a ton of tv monitors all around the bar so you'll have no trouble watching the game. Food wise, I did order their Cali burger. It came with crinkle cut fries, which were fun! The fries were crispy, and they taste a lot better when they're freshly made. The burger was very juicy, and I like the avocado in it. There was a sauce that came with the meal, not quite sure what kind of sauce it was. But it was tangy and paired well with the fries and cuts the fattiness of the burger. The drinks were tasty! Not too alcohol forward, which I prefer. When a bartender makes a drink TOO strong, I don't like that. I like a good balance of all the ingredients, and the bartenders did a great job with my cocktails :) A fun place to hang out and watch sports if you're in the Newark area! read more

Have been coming here on and off for over a decade. Generally had an ok experience. Know of many of thr staff behind the bar (shoutout to Krystal, who is nice) and they have been good to me. But had a bad experience last Friday and I wont be going back again. Neither are my friends who i usually meet there once a month. Last friday I sat there at the bar for over 10 to 15 mins and the bartender wasnt even looking at me. I waved and everything, but she was busy talking to other people at the bar. When I got the attention of another bartender and said I would like to order a drink and have been sitting there being ignored for a while, the bartender who was supposed to serve came and told me I am not the only person at the bar. I understand all that, I have been there many times, but never have been ignored for so long. After a long day of work, I go to a bar to feel good and not for someone to be rude to me. So I paid for my beer, did noy drink it, tipped 0 and left. I have never tipped 0 to anyone until I met this bartender. There are other bars in Fremont that wont be rude to me.
