I am new to the DFW and I visited Plush Dentistry today for a cleaning and cosmetic consultation. It was an all around great experience. The entire staff was friendly and down to earth. The wait was a little longer than expected, especially since I arrived early, but I could tell everyone was working diligently and I was checked on often. I was offered water and tea when I arrived and provided with a warm facial towel/cleanser after my visit. I ended up getting a cleaning and several options for the cosmetic work I was considering. They are understaffed and very unprofessional attitude, one of the ladies that was working at the front desk was rude and told that my appointment was cancelled due to me not responding a text (which I did), but after a few seconds of "consideration" they were able to see me. Then, after my cleaning the same lady that was working at the front desk came to do some extra work and I was surprised and doubting if she was even trained to do this. After that she mentioned she will email me the quote which I never received. In other words you wont receive "The Plush" attention that they advertise. read more

No advanced notice was given and on top Dr. Ali came and started threatening. Clearly a racist individual who only cares about white clientele. Listen up. I've had a lot of dental work done in my past. I recently moved from Washington to Texas and needed a new dentist. The reviews looked great even if it was few, the office looked like they cared about their customers and comfort. So here it goes... I arrived. It was great at first. The cleaning the messy. Got water all over my shirt. Water down my neck. Not that lovely. Diagnosis: no cavities! (Awesome!!) Second diagnosis: we should remove four wisdom teeth since you don't need them. (Had them since 17. All Four. No issues. All other doctors have suggested to keep them) I say "hmmm I'll think about it" (since I was confused with the contradiction) I requested for $1500 worth of work that I knew I needed. A crown for an implant. They wanted me to pay upfront even when they said. "We don't have the tools needed. We will have to research this". (Not very impressive) Three weeks later. No call back. No email. No text. I call them. Of course. The dr can't help me because he isn't educated enough. I call around to other dentists to help with the crown I needed. They were able to help me and have proof of success in what I was looking for. Hope this helps you determine what this dentist is good for. read more

I found my family's new dentist! I've never returned to a dentist more than once. Always had painful experiences with no communication. Dr. Kraipak saw me at 4:30pm for gum pain. She recommended a cleaning, and I was apprehensive about feeling more pain. She talked me through everything, a couple of options, and why doing the cleaning that day was most recommended. She made sure to check in with me throughout and addressed any discomfort I was feeling before continuing. She told me to raise my left hand if I was feeling any discomfort, and I realized no other dentist had given me an option/means to communicate during a cleaning/procedure. Her and her assistance's care was so appreciated. Front office is also great. My teeth have also never looked so clean!! Highly recommend this office! read more

Plush Dental is a very good place for great dental care. Dr. K is really good at her job. She approaches dental care with confidence, patience and great skill. She truly cares about her patients. She was planning to travel the day after my crown mold was returned from the lab. She made a special point to come into the office to install my crown even though she was supposed to be on vacation that day and was flying out that same afternoon. I deeply appreciated the extra care and support. Dr. Ali could have done the job but Dr. K is my primary dentist and she understood that I preferred to stick with her since we have developed a client patient trust and rapport. This dental practice is extremely deceptive. They tell you what you want to hear. This root canal will last you ten to fifteen years, ends up only lasting a year and a half! They offer no solution. Here buy a discount dental policy for our office. Only to find that they don't offer solutions to failed dental work. They refer you to go elsewhere, so you need to spend more money to solve the problems they cause you. Failed root canal after a year and a half with development of an abscess. Then they failed my son after hitting a nerve in his baby molar. My son age 7 developed an Abscess! This is unacceptable. When it came time for a solution they're like oh go find an oral surgeon or go to my buddy in pediatric dentistry. Nope not supporting your pals. Not supporting you anymore. I'd rather go elsewhere and support a dentist that stands by the work they perform. read more

I recently visited Plush Dentistry, upon recommendation, from a friend. By far it is one the best dental visit experiences I have ever had. From the time I called till the entire procedure was done, everyone was so friendly and professional. The office itself is so clean and welcoming, Dr. K and Dr. Ali are thoroughly professional and take utmost care of their patients. The treatment suites are private with state of the art equipment and for us TV lovers :) there is a smart TV Installed on the ceiling! With BOSE headphones . As a clinician, I would definitely say Dr. Ali's professional acuity was up to par, and the receptionist was pleasant. Thats the only positive thing I could share about this office. I came in for braces removal and veneers consultation. Once treatment plan was explained, the dental assistant followed me to the front desk as I checked out. I felt the vibe of my money was no good there, and I would somehow not pay, so the dental hygienist stood at the receptionist desk in full don and gloves and watched. Another hygienist also made her way over to the receptionist counter and smiled weirdly and was too being nosy. They just stood there awkwardly as I presented my payment to the receptionist, until the payment was completed. If I recall, it isn't within a dental hygienist job description to guard watch patients as they pay. Under no circumstances would that be considered polite or in good-taste. I don't know if this is a reflection of me being young and black, perhaps this office does not deserve the black dollar, and if it's a reflection of how they process everyone's payment, that's even worst. Learn to mind your business and give your patients privacy and have at least some shame and professionalism enough to whisper after I leave. If I had not already invested money into this treatment plan, I would take my money elsewhere to another office. read more

I'm terrified of dentist so I did a lot of research before picking somewhere. I knew I need to get work done and decided Plush was the place. I'm so happy I picked Plush .. I was so comfortable, all the staff constantly asked if I was doing okay. They made sure I was always comfortable and explained everything to me. My teeth look pretty much the same after the cleaning. The whole cleaning process took 15 - 20 minutes. One minute for polishing the teeth before cleaning them. I can tell for sure they have skipped few teeth during polishing and cleaning. It more seems like they were doing a formality than doing their job. Just left this office after my first visit! The dentists here are a lovely husband and wife team. Let me tell you- they should teach a class for all other dentists in how to run a practice and treat your patients!! I saw Dr K and she immediately may me feel at ease- let's face it- no one ever says "I can't wait to go to the dentist" but they have figured out a way to make the experience darn near enjoyable!!! Dr K talked with me for a long while not only about my dental needs, but about my life- getting to know me as a person. She is very thoughtful and thorough; taking the time to answer all my questions and even offering alternate solutions when they were available. The office- talk about state of the art!!! The chairs are all massage chairs and you can get a nice shot of aromatherapy if you wish. TV on the ceiling so you can watch Nextflix or pretty much anything your heart desires ! There is a level of customer service here that I have never experienced before from a dentist's office. From the moment you walk in, the staff show you such tremendous amounts of attention and make you feel extremely important. I've been here twice now and each time they've confirm my appointment via phone call and text, they've had all my necessary paperwork laid out and ready for me, they've offered me a beverage, and they've attended to me right away. They have MASSAGING chairs and huge flat panel TVs with lots of streaming options as well as Bose noise cancelling headphones so you can totally forget about what's going on in your mouth. Dr. Ali is super friendly and will ask you multiple times if you're feeling alright and if there's any questions you have. The entire staff make it easy to feel comfortable. Just an all around, awesome place to have your teeth cleaned and worked on. read more

When I lived in California, I went to a dentist that specialized in cowards, their slogan was "We cater to Cowards". PLUSH dentistry hands down is the best I've ever been too. Dr. Ali gets it; he listens to you and makes sure you're comfortable and he don't hurt you. The office is amazzzzing too and his staff is Top grade. Listen, I did deep cleaning to Luther Vandross, Luther, do you hear me, and, he had lavender scent in the room to relax me. They are the best. From the time you come in to the time you leave they cater to you, making sure you're good. The icing on the cake is their questionnaire, they ask you several questions: Do you want music playing during your visit, what scent do you prefer during your visit, would you like a massage chair during your visit, etc. Listen, when I walked back to my room, all my preferences was displayed on the TV and my favorite Pandora station was playing, I felt very VIP. Hands down, the best dentist in town, Dr. Ali is attention to detail, he doesn't miss a beat. He also gives you a gameplan to get your teeth to the best health possible.
