I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! I wanted to get a cover up done. However the artist told me my current tattoo is too dark to get any color work done and suggested I get some lightening done with laser removal. Which brought me here, laseraway. I saw a deal online about a discount and thats what sold me. I've been a client for over 2 years for laser tattoo removals. They use a technique to try and determine the length of treatment. I provided my history of the tattoo and location, size, etc. and they determined it would take about 17 sessions to fully remove it. I originally purchased 6 sessions with numbing and I didnt see any progress when it came to my 4th or 5th session so I added 4 more. Now, my sessions are almost coming to an end and I am on my 7th out of 10, the nurse said that it will all he gone if I added 3 more sessions afterwards. So a total of 13 sessions. Even with the numbing cream, each time, the laser will intensify to break down the pigment of the ink and deeper into your skin. They provide you with eye protection and a stress ball. They also provide cold air as they move the laser on your tattoo. Once they are done, they will provide you with some ointment, wrap, and an ice pack if needed. After each session, they recommend a longer healing time. I went from 3 weeks, to 4, 6, 8, 12...etc. so it doesnt get done immediately. My last 3 sessions will probably be 4 to 6 months apart. The reception staff are friendly and will try their best to upsell other services to you. Other than that, the facility is nice and has great air conditioning.

Everyone who works the front desk is so nice and kind too. They always greet you when you walk in, say bye when you leave and answer all of your questions. I made an appointment for a lipo B shot since they had a deal for it. I paid for a total of 6 shots. Booked my appointment for a 2nd shot on a Saturday at 11:15am. I showed up to my appointment and the clinic was closed. I called multiple times and waited outside until 11:50am. No one showed up or answered the phone. I ended up sending a msg on Instagram and was told the clinic didn't open until 2pm. Why would they schedule an appointment at 11:15 if the clinic doesn't open until 2pm?? I called and made an appointment for a Friday everything went well I got my 2nd shot and booked a new appointment for the 3rd shot. 3rd shot appointment I showed up and AGAIN the clinic is closed. I called multiple times again and waited an hour outside. The next day I got a txt from a number saying the clinic was unfortunately closed and to let them know when else i would be available to reschedule. At this point it's happened 2 times that I been scheduled, showed up, and they are closed. So I asked for a refund for the rest of the shots I didn't get. I was told a manager would touch base but never happened. They kept my money never called me back and didn't provide me the service I paid for.
