Only then did we learn the product contains synthetic TOXIC dye/blue coloring and other ingredients that don't align with "organic/non-toxic" marketing that is ALL over their blogs and website - after it had already been smeared all over her face. Skin is the largest organ in the body, and with her sensitivity this is not a small issue. This was also for my wife's birthday, and instead of feeling cared for, she left feeling misled and completely violated. Our trust is broken. She brought her own products to use but they ensured that they could be trusted...... I emailed management and never received a response...3 weeks later, still nothing.

In my treatment room was a nice television that had access to Netflix. I enjoy a cup of coffee and waited for my service provider. I enjoyed that the nurse practitioner/owner took the time to really explain the process of laser hair removal with me and then also discuss some of the ongoing issues that could occur because of hormonal issues. I really appreciate it that Lee took the time to discuss other treatments. They had available at the facility as I would love to do a VI peel here to take care of my hyper pigmentation.
