My service included a day pass to enjoy the pool area, so I spent some extra time lounging outside afterward. I accidentally forgot to take a picture of the code needed to order food, but the receptionist was very helpful when I called. She provided me with the code and also contacted a server for me since no one had been by the pool area in a while. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five was the slight delay with poolside service, but the staff handled it well once I reached out. When you book a treatment you get access to the entire facility throughout your treatment and during the day. Both the men and women's spaces have steam rooms and their own jacuzzi's, along with separate private patios. As for our massages, they were incredible. The therapists were real pros, Martha worked with me and Danielle worked with my wife. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and did such a great job. We are already talking about when to book a second visit. All-in-all, it was an incredible visit at a great facility! My girlfriend had a massage with some add-ons and I had a Hydra-Facial with Chelly Speed. It was an excellent facial. I really loved to hear that she opened up the spa eight years ago and she's still there. That proved something very positive. I stumbled upon Monaco Spa after researching businesses offering couples massages on Groupon. I purchased their 90 Minute package which included a 60 minute massage and a 30 minute oxygen facial. The business was located in a small complex consisting of a handful of other businesses, nonetheless when we arrived it was quiet, clean and peaceful. We were greeted by our masseuse (I requested a male, and she requested a female). They offered us comfortable slippers and water while we filled out our intake form. Shortly after we were escorted to the room. The couples massage was an intimate experience as we got to share a room on separate beds and enjoy it together. If I had to choose anything that was less than satisfactory, I would have appreciated the Hot Stone portion of the massage to be more in depth, it seemed a bit rushed. My girlfriend's only critique was that unlike my masseuse, hers was a lot less communicative. A few times during the massage she felt surprised with abrupt changes in her routine. Overall the experience was very pleasant, and we would definitely recommend Monaco Spa. We hope to go again sometime in the future, and plan to express our suggestions to bring the overall rating from a 4 star experience to a 5 star experience.

I used to frequent this hotel a lot for their amazing restaurant- Watertable (that's a whole other review) Calling to book the appointment was very easy. I had to put a credit card down (like most spas) my treatment was at 1:15 and the woman on the phone told me I could get there as early as 9 AM to use all the amenities (pool, sauna and etc) When I arrived, Vincent, was working valet and helped me out. He showed me exactly how to get to the spa. (You get free valet parking with your spa service) I will say, the spa is pretty far from the main hotel lobby entrance. It does have nice views and the place is spotless. It is easy to find though. They have tons of signs pointing you into the direction of the spa. Once you get to the spa it's tucked away in gorgeous greenery with a little bridge that takes you over a little koi fish pond When I got to the spa, the girl at the desk was amazing (I wish I got the names of everyone) she checked me in, she asked if I had any allergies, asked if I had any health issues they needed to be aware of and etc. She was on point. She then asked if it was my first time there (it was my first time) so then she immediately paged another staff member to show me around. She gave me the whole walk through, showed me how to use the lockers and everything. She was great as well I did use the sauna before and after my 50 minute massage which included hot stones They had a lovely water station with your typical spa water. They also had a big bucket of ice (which I love having ice. The colder my drink, the better) They also had a tea station. They had honey, cinnamon sticks and other things at the tea station available. Yet you have to go to the desk to ask for the tea bags When I got to the waiting room (relaxation room where you wait to be called for your treatment) they had a lovely set up. Really nice comfortable couches, they had chairs right by the fireplace, they had fruit, they had some baked goods and then I saw the menu for food you can order and they had drinks you could order (food and drinks were for a price. But the little baked goods were free) they had a banana bread and these delicious bars with jam. They also had a variety of nuts, trail mix and etc with little cups you could put them in I had the pleasure of getting Brittney. She was absolutely great. She took me to the treatment room and gave me a minute to get undressed and situated on the table. She asked if the table was warm enough for me. She was great at asking if I wanted light or medium. I told her just to wing it. I did have a LOT of knots in my back on the right side. So she went for it lol. The pressure was at times a little too hard for my taste. But if it makes me feel better in the long run, I don't mind. Plus, I could have told her to lighten up at any time. I really did not want this to end. I felt great afterwards. They had very clean showers They had everything from mouth wash, spray deodorant, hair dryers to use and everything else you'd find at your nice spas. They have a cute little shop where you check in / check out. They had a good amount of different beauty products, jewelry, clothing and other things you'd find at a place like this. The girl who checked me out was great (again, I wish I got the names of everyone) I would 100 percent come back. I'd love to have a girls day here with friends or try one of their facials next time I would have loved to take more photos of the spa, but please remember cell phone use is not for spas.
