He re-gassed our unit and added a startup capacitor which seems to have done the trick! The outdoor unit kicks on easily, runs quiet and consistently now. And of course the AC blows ice cold now. He even gave recommendations for future maintenance for not only the AC unit but the boiler as well. I can't recommend Total Comfort Mechanical, and James, enough!

They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! On their way out, they quoted me to clean our HVAC vents, which I had not even thought of doing. I will definitely use them again.

We hired NEDS to fix water damage after a fridge leak. They did the work in half the time they said they would, and they did half the job. They actually created a mold problem in my house and I had to pay another company to come in and do the job right. The impact their negligence has had on our lives is substantial. Mold has to be physically removed, not just sprayed with bleach/MMR nor fogged. FYI I tried contacting the owner to right the situation instead of writing this review, but he didn't want to accept responsibility/do the right thing. Do not hire NEDS for any water damage, they are negligent.

He seemed to be running out of time and he skipped some main ducts in the basement. Our review noted just that. We received a call from Everclean almost immediately after we posted the review. They were upset that we were concerned. They sent the technician back the next day. He completed those ducts and did anything else we wanted done. The technician was so nice.
