The only criticism I have is, when he was finished with the call, he was walking towards the door, I followed him asking for an update (I had been in the other room when he was working), he mumbled something about parts and practically ran out the door, and sat in the driveway for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, when we discovered a cracked pipe above the kitchen that had essentially rotted away with age, we knew we'd have to call in a professional to replace it. Kevin M. came over the very same day and was able to replace our pipe quickly and efficiently, and we haven't had any issues since.
