Unfortunately, when we discovered a cracked pipe above the kitchen that had essentially rotted away with age, we knew we'd have to call in a professional to replace it. Kevin M. came over the very same day and was able to replace our pipe quickly and efficiently, and we haven't had any issues since. Not a huge job but also not nothing either. No major twists, would take half a day or ~2-3 hours for a plumber to do max. They wanted over $5,000. Line items included attaching the faucet to the counter for $900. There was nothing about their bid even remotely competitive to other plumbing companies I had quote me. I guess they thought people wouldn't get a couple different quotes, or they bank on it. The had no issue collecting the $85 service charge though for coming out. Stay far away, they price like they don't want to do residential work.
