We ended up replacing the washer, or else we would have used them for the repair. The only criticism I have is, when he was finished with the call, he was walking towards the door, I followed him asking for an update (I had been in the other room when he was working), he mumbled something about parts and practically ran out the door, and sat in the driveway for 30 minutes. I'm not upset, just thought it was weird and I was a little confused as he didn't explain the issue or give me next steps. But overall, I was happy with the service and would use them again!
