I called on a Saturday morning around 9 AM and reached their after hours Emergency Line which states they take calls 24/7. Unfortunately they don't return the calls they receive. I called, as I stated, around 9 AM because my refrigerator shut down the night before (didn't realize). I left a message with the answering service. About three hours later I called back and was told that they had not called in for their messages, must be on a job, my message was still on file. Going on six hours since my first call, called back in, I was told they were given my message, should be hearing back soon... 9 hours later....called in one last time for closure, told they were given my message...that's all they knew (the answering service). So 9 hours later, no call back...nothing...big fail for this place. Really? You can't call me back to say you can't make it over? Can't call back to say you're too busy? Can't call in for your messages??? Big FAIL....Sorry Joe!

So we were pleased with the buying experience to start. Next came the installation, which was on time and professionally done. They subcontracted a plumber to do the work and they noticed a small leak under our kitchen sink while they were here. They fixed that for us at no charge. Next came a problem, and the real reason I felt inclined to write a review. Something was wrong with the control panel in the new dishwasher and the valve to let in the water would not open. They sent out a technician later in the day to confirm the issue. So we were left with a non functioning machine and we're naturally nervous about when this could be resolved. When we called Dracut, they said they would see what they could do. They called us back ten minutes later and told us that the model we ordered would not come in again for a while but they would get us the better, more expensive model installed in two days at no extra cost to us. Now we have a fully functioning and quiet machine and are extremely happy with the service Dracut provided. We understand that issues like this happen that are out of their control, but they recognized the urgency and fixed the problem without any real pushing from us.
