    I had to hire outside contractors when PMP Management refuses to lift a finger!

    Do NOT hire these people to mange your HOA. We did and are not regretful! Employees are lazy, incompetent, and very poorly managed! Avoid at all costs!!!

Lia took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and thoroughly, and she was very quick in communicating the next steps. Since this was a roofing project, timing and HOA approval were very important to us. They made sure the HOA approval was handled right away, which gave us great peace of mind. The whole process felt smooth and well-organized thanks to her. If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would gladly leave them for Vintage Group and Lia Dalhover.     This has been our community's HOA since April 2026…read more Already, our experience with this HOA management and board communication process has been extremely frustrating. Multiple homeowner emails regarding board votes, follow-up actions, and community concerns have gone unanswered or unacknowledged for extended periods of time. There has also been a lack of transparency regarding important issues, including questions about dead trees requiring removal and pool safety concerns affecting the community. Homeowners are often left without updates, timelines, or meaningful communication. Another major concern is the inconsistent and seemingly biased enforcement of HOA rules and policies. Certain violations appear to be selectively addressed while others are ignored, creating frustration and distrust among residents. In addition, HOA meeting minutes have not been consistently provided in accordance with Sterling Davis Act requirements, leaving homeowners without proper access to records and decisions that directly affect the community. Homeowners deserve timely communication, transparency, accountability, and fair enforcement of rules. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Our legal documents clearly identify a specific property manager for our development, Stephanie. Despite this, a different property manager, Natasha, has been assigned without explanation, in a manner that is unstreamlined, inefficient, and disorganized. This lack of clarity and consistency adds to the confusion and delays in addressing homeowners' questions, concerns, and community needs.
