When I spoke with the company regarding these issues they admitted fault but refused to actually do anything to help the situation. I have numerous emails and other documented correspondence asking for help in resolving the install problems, to no avail. This is the first time in my life I have ever had an issue like this, or reviewed someone publicly. To all those reading, be wary: $8,000 for a semi-complete home install feels an awful lot like a company that practices deceptive business and preys on older citizens.
